This report benefited from the efforts of Dr. Bruce William Dockum of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries James J. Howard Laboratory who passed unexpectedly during this study. Dr. Dockum was a consummate professional and a devoted analytical chemist.
