The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many business sectors including the cut-flower of Chrysanthemum. Sales of cut-flowers have decreased and the farmer suffering huge losses. It is necessary to develop a Chrysanthemum product to increase its economic value. This study aims to determine the sensory properties and antioxidant activity of Chrysanthemum tea in bags with the addition of lemon peels and mint leaves. The treatments in this research consisted of 6 formulations of Chrysanthemum: lemon peels: and mint leaves; FI (80%: 0%: 0%); F2 (80%: 20%: 0%); F3 (80%: 0%: 20%); F4 (80%: 10%: 0%); F5 (80%: 0%: 10%) and F6 (80%: 0%: 0%). Sensory properties were determined by hedonic tests (color, aroma, and taste of tea brewed water) with 30 panelists. Antioxidant activity was determined by the DPPH method and polyphenol content by the spectrophotometric method. The results of the hedonic test showed that F2 was the most preferred on the color and aroma parameters, while F2 and F4 had the same average value for the taste parameter. The highest antioxidant activity value was F2 with an IC50 value was 134,38 ppm and polyphenol content was 81.42 ppm.
The benefit of Oyster Mushroom Farmers Participation in agro ecovillage is an ingredient in the preparation of innovation, research and development, public service, and input for a long term development plan on an ongoing basis in Indonesia. The purpose of the research is to determine the determinants factor of the oyster mushroom farmers' participation in the concept of agro-eco-village. The method of the study is using Multi-Dimensional Analysis Scaling (MDS) with the use of Rap Mushroom software and prospective Analysis. The results of the MDS analysis are the sustainability index and leverage factors, while the prospective analysis illustrates the distribution of important factors and their impacts. These two methods use expert assessments and the association of oyster mushrooms farmers in data retrieval. Final results showed the index of sustainability of 45.9% (not sustainable) and a factor of leverage is the use of the type and the amount of energy effectively and efficiently with the Root Mean Square of 14.14. The prospective analysis shows that the system is stable because it shows the variable driving force or a deciding set of variables bound strongly.
The Rachmat Purnama Farm Company, a producer of chrysanthemum flowers located in Cianjur Regency, has made efforts to process chrysanthemum flowers into chrysanthemum tea. However, the marketing remains limited, as sales are conducted directly. Consequently, the company recognizes the need for an online web store to enhance its marketing reach. The purpose of this system is to provide customers with information about chrysanthemum tea and facilitate convenient purchase transactions. The waterfall model is used as the software development method, which covers requirements analysis, system design, program code development, program testing, and program implementation and maintenance. The features of the online web store include account management, customer management, product categorization, product listings, attributes, sales, payments, shipping, and transaction reports. The implementation has positively impacted the company’s sales of chrysanthemum tea products, as shown by the increasing number of online purchases. Moreover, the marketing area coverage has expanded to Jakarta and Kalimantan.
