Every company engaged in IT Consulting is in need of an application that can help management control the projects they work on. This study examines the problems that occur when a company works on a project, aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of the application of project management applications in order to assist the company in presenting information about the project being undertaken or information officers and clients. The study used case studies at PT. Seatech Infosys Considering systems that still use simple data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, ranging from data logging, data storage to report generation. Thus, it is possible to have errors in recording and less accurate reports are made. The development of the system with the method used is waterfall method. The result of this analysis is to declare that this application is one solution to overcome existing problems, to achieve an effective and efficient activities in supporting the project activities.
Currently parking system that is running in Pt. Sanggraha Daksamitra still uses a conventional parking system. When the driver wants to do parking, driver first presses the analog button on the parking gate to get a parking ticket. Lack of maintenance on the parking gate causes vehicle jams in the parking entrance area. To minimize errors that occur, the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to analyze the problem. After the problem was found, a parking reservation was developed that used qr-code as a scanner identification in the parking system. The system produced in this study is expected to facilitate parking drivers who want to park their vehicles in the parking area of Pt. Sanggraha Daksamitra. The results of this system will be tested using blackbox testing.
Bencana alam adalah hal yang tidak bisa dihindari oleh tangan manusia, bencana seperti ini bisa saja menimpa semua jenis kalangan sosial. Penelitian ini berharap untuk membantu korban bencana alam banjir dengan membuat sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer untuk menentukan seberapa besar yang akan diberikan kepada korban berdasarkan beban yang ditanggung. Berdasarkan tempat yang sering terkena bencana alam banjir, sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini diambil dari jurnal-jurnal yang tepercaya dan keterangan dari beberapa korban yang pernah terkena bencana alam ini. Pemilihan keterangan dari korban ditentukan secara purposive, dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa mereka termasuk ke dalam orang yang mengetahui ataupun mengalami kejadian bencana tersebut. Analisis berguna untuk menentukan seberapa besar bantuan yang dibutuhkan berdasarkan dampak kerusakaan, tinggi banjir, jumlah anggota keluarga, korban jiwa, dan anggota keluarga yang sakit menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian diharapkan efektif untuk membantu para korban bencana alam banjir berdasarkan beban yang ditanggung.
