Corresponding with recent developments lately, libraries need to be understood not just as institutions that manage books and other publications, but also manage information resources by utilizing information technology. Therefore, needed power of master to have personnel who dominate expertise and skills in certain fields. To manage the school library, a teacher who is considered capable of managing the library should be appointed. Management in the school library is not just an activity of placing books on a shelf, but more than that, it is very complex, sustainable, and always changing. Supervision is carried out in the context of mentoring, directing, and coaching toward improving teacher performance more optimally. This study aims to determine how managerial and principal academic supervision affect teacher performance in private junior high schools in the Tigaraksa District of the Tangerang Regency. This study uses correlational and regression analysis, which are both types of quantitative research methods. The population comprises 41 teachers, three principals, and one supervisor, for a total of 45 respondents. This study takes a sample of the whole population, which is the whole population. With a 97% contribution, the results showed that managerial supervision greatly improved teacher performance. The study's development shows that the principal's academic control has a significant effect on improving teacher performance, with a contribution of 88%, and that the supervisor's managerial supervision and the principal's visionary leadership have a substantial impact on improving teacher performance, with a contribution of 91%.
This paper is a type of qualitative research with a library research approach. Collection of literature related to charismatic and visionary leadership. Furthermore, when viewed from the closeness of the content, the literature can be classified into two. First, the primary source (primary source) and the second secondary source (secondary source). Charismatic leadership is a leadership style by highlighting charisma to attract and inspire devotion by others. A visionary leader is a leader who is able to determine where the organization is going and how to achieve it. Thus, visionary leaders must have predictive, anticipatory, systematic, holistic, integrative, and comprehensive thinking skills.
This study aims to determine and describe the concept of learning management at Pondok Pesantren At-Thahiriyah regarding muzakarah and sorogan activities, knowing the role of ustadz and daily administrators in providing supervision to students in muzakarah and sorogan activities, knowing the evaluation of muzakarah and sorogan activities in improving reading ability of the yellow book. students at the At-Thahiriyah Islamic Boarding School, and to find out the various obstacles encountered by the At-Thahiriyah Islamic Boarding School in managing muzakarah and sorogan activities in improving the students' reading ability of the yellow book. The benefit is that good management of Islamic boarding school learning is very helpful in improving the ability to read the yellow book of students, especially at the At-Tahiriyah Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The selection of this method will make it easier to understand the data exposure that has been explained because it is arranged accurately and systematically. This data collection uses: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1) the concept of learning management of muzakarah and sorogan activities in improving the ability to read the yellow book which includes lesson planning and learning implementation. 2) the role of the ustadz in muzakarah and sorogan activities in the form of controlling and supervising the learning process. 3) the evaluations given by Islamic boarding schools to students are divided into three, memorizing deposits, polar taftisyul, and musabaqah milad cottages. 4) supporting factors for the running of muzakarah and sorogan activities, among others, the performance of daily management and the education sector that coordinate with each other starting from planning, implementing and evaluating activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for muzakarah and sorogan activities emerged from the santri as the perpetrators of these two activities. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan konsep manajemen pembelajaran Pondok Pesantren At-Thahiriyah tentang kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan, mengetahui peranan ustadz dan pengurus harian dalam memberikan pengawasan kepada santri dalam kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan, mengetahui evaluasi kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri di Pondok Pesantren At-Thahiriyah, dan untuk mengetahui berbagai kendala yang ditemui Pondok Pesantren At-Thahiriyah dalam melakukan pengelolaan kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri. Manfaatnya adalah bahwa manajemen pembelajaran pondok pesantren yang baik sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning santri khususnya di Pondok Pesantren At-Thahiriyah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Pemilihan metode ini akan mempermudah dalam memahami paparan data yang telah dijelaskan karena tersusun secara akurat dan sistematis. Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) konsep manajemen pembelajaran kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca kitab kuning yaitu meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. 2) peranan ustadz dalam kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan berupa mengontrol dan mengawasi proses pembelajaran. 3) evaluasi yang diberikan pondok pesantren kepada santri terbagi menjadi tiga, setoran hafalan, taftisyul kutub, dan musabaqah milad pondok. 4) faktor pendukung berjalannya kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan antara lain, adanya kinerja pengurus harian dan bidang pendidikan yang saling berkoordinasi satu sama lain mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian kegiatan. Sedangkan, faktor-faktor penghambat kegiatan muzakarah dan sorogan muncul dari santri sebagai pelaku dari kedua kegiatan tersebut.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kendala yang dihadapi serta upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada masa covid-19 di SMAN 14 Kab. Tangerang dan SMAN 26 Kab. Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang mengedepankan pencarian data berdasarkan apa yang ditunjukkan oleh apa yang diungkapkan oleh responden sepanjang data data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata, gambar, bukan angka. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif dilakukan sebelum memasuki lapangan, di lapangan, dan setelah lapangan selesai. Analisis di tempat dilakukan untuk membangun fokus penelitian yang kuat melalui pembuatan pertanyaan analitis. Dan pada akhir analisis lapangan, peneliti merefleksikan pemikirannya terhadap fokus yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, kepala sekolah memegang peranan penting dalam penjaminan mutu, yang dipandang sebagai pemimpin, menjadi faktor sentral dalam menentukan arah keberhasilan akademik. Kedua, Penjaminan mutu pendidikan di SMAN 14 dan SMAN 26 Kab. Tangerang telah cukup maksimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan seluruh warga sekolah, seperti membuat Visi dan Misi, menyusun program prota dan promes penjaminan mutu pendidikan selama covid-19, melakukan yang telah dibentuk, dan melaksanakan evaluasi, dan menyediakan minat bakat siswa dengan aktivitas – aktivitas ekstrakulikuler dibidang pramuka, futsal, bola hoki, PMR, dan Paskibra. Ketiga, Hasil yang diraih dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menjamin mutu pendidikan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMAN 14 dan SMAN 26 Kab. Tangerang adalah pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring tetap berjalan dengan baik, dan mampu mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul pada saat pandemi covid-19 ini.
