Model Inkuiri Terbimbing adalah model pembelajaran yang merangsang siswa untuk menemukan permasalahan atau pertanyaan, dimana topik atau materi pembelajarannya telah ditentukan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keefektifan model Inkuiri Terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA. Penelitian ini adalah Pre-eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan pre-test and post-test design yang diujicobakan kepada 30 siswa SMA, yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok. Sebelum dilakukan pembelajaran dengan Model Inkuiri Terbimbing siswa diberi tes keterampilan Proses Sains dan setelah dilakukan pembelajaran siswa kembali diberikan tes yang sama. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan paired t-test, n-gain, dan uji kesamaan dua rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ada peningkatan keterampilan berikir kitis siswa secara signifikan pada a = 5%, rata-rata n-gain sebesar 0.72% berkategori Tinggi dan tidak berbeda pada kedua kelompok. Dengan demikian, model Inkuiri Terbimbing efektif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan Proses Sains siswa SMA.
This research is a survey research with quantitative descriptive data type carried out at MAN 3 Bojonegoro. The population in this study was all students of class XI IPA MAN 3 Bojonegoro with a total sample of 129 students who were divided into four classes. The background of the problem in this study is the low problem-solving ability of students in solving physics problems on parabolic motion material. The results showed that 73.13% of students were in the high category for the factual dimension and 67.24% of the students were in the high category for the conceptual dimension. Students still have difficulty in solving cognitive questions at the evaluation level (C5) and creating (C6) with 24% of respondents answering. On cognitive questions at the Application (C3) and Analysis (C4) levels, the success rate of answering students' questions correctly is at the level of 90% and 9 4 5%. This shows that learning in schools is by national education goals which put learning objectives on Parabolic Motion material at the C4 level. These results are expected to be a reference for Physics Teachers at MAN 3 Bojonegoro to improve the learning process in the realm of High Order Thinking.
Research on the development of integrated science learning instruments helps students to develop their potential and character. The research involved the use of lesson plans, worksheets, syllabus, props and modules through four stages, namely the Four-D Model flow, namely definition, design, development, and dissemination. This research was conducted at MTsN 4 Bojonegoro. The research method is qualitative research by observing the field and collecting data based on the results of tests and questionnaires. The results of the study are as follows 1) students are more motivated to use teaching aids in integrated science learning, 2) by using economic teaching aids, students get an increase in cognitive knowledge and also character education and understand the relationship between knowledge and attitudes or actions in everyday life, 3) integrated science learning with economic aids should be used more intensively in science learning with different themes, 4) Each subject should provide opportunities for the teaching staff to develop economic teaching aids by utilizing used tools and materials from the surrounding environment.
