This article describes the importance of creating technical standardization procedures known in the area of Administration as Standard Operating Procedure - POP to ensure that the result of the solution is always the same, regardless of those responsible for the task. POP facilitates the performance of administrative and technical activities, contributing to the quality, safety and uniformity of tasks, serving as a vehicle for information about the most diverse processes to reach the executor safely. The creation and use of POP through training are essential to guarantee the quality and uniformity of all the processes involved in order to promote a consistent management of Arca regarding the resolution of known problems in version 4.7 of the DSpace.
