La construcción de la paz es una obra que nos conduce a la reflexión sobre diversos temas relativos a la cultura de la paz, su concepción, promoción y algunas líneas de acción para su realización, desde diversas cosmovisiones, que en un eje nos permite mirar ópticas nacionales (México y Colombia), y en otro, ópticas multidisciplinares (derecho, pedagogía, sociología, política, administración, contabilidad, economía, agroecología, salud, arquitectura, psicología y filosofía), constituyendo un producto policromático que se aproxima muy bien a la realidad, que lejos de ser unidimensional es, más bien, siempre multidimensional. Este libro es también la conjunción de los ánimos profesionales de investigadoras e investigadores de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (México) y de la Corporación Universitaria Autónoma del Cauca (Colombia), que acrisola y da evidencia de la posibilidad del trabajo académico transdisciplinar y transfronterizo, coordinado en éste caso por Ricardo Tapia Vega, Angélica María Anichiarico González y Ramsés López Santamaría. La obra se compone de 20 trabajos de investigación que han sido arbitrados con el método de pares ciegos, divididos en dos bloques nacionales: mexicano y colombiano. Se presenta en coedición internacional bajo los respetables sellos de las universidades antes referidas.
RESUMEN: Las medidas de justicia transicional como herramientas adecuadas para la satisfacción de los derechos de justicia, verdad y reparación de las víctimas de crímenes internacionales, a la vez que se produce reconciliación, deja expuesto el debate acerca de su viabilidad cuando el objetivo es la terminación de un conflicto armado. Este artículo intentará determinar si resulta pertinente seguir recurriendo en todo caso a la vía del castigo de crímenes internacionales para no generar impunidad, o cabe la posibilidad de recurrir a una amnistía condicionada y limitada de crímenes internacionales que, junto con otras medidas de justicia transicional, puedan satisfacer dichos objetivos.
