El objetivo del presente estudio es hacer un análisis sobre las competencias gerenciales de las mujeres empresarias en la ciudad de Tehuacán, Puebla. En un inicio, los datos estadísticos (254 que participaron en una encuesta) señalan que las mujeres empresarias tienen limitadas cualidades de dirección como competencias gerenciales centrales y mejores competencias de liderazgo. Pero un análisis de correlación de variables muestra que las estrategias de negocio se orientan hacia estrategias competitivas de manera empírica, lo que les ha permitido mantener los negocios y tener la visión de impulso para interactuar con sus trabajadores.
El presente trabajo constituye el primer esfuerzo por medir la evolución de las micro y pequeñas empresas (mypes) en la ciudad de Tehuacán y la zona conurbada; el análisis tiene su origen en el estudio que se hizo en 2015 y que mapeó las actividades y las estrategias de los directivos, las cuales se compararon con los resultados obtenidos en 2020, justo antes de que surgiera la pandemia por COVID-19. Se analizaron 1 013 micro negocios desde el punto de vista sistémico y de la arquitectura organizacional. El estudio usa el método cuantitativo, longitudinal y demuestra que las mypes han crecido en algunos aspectos, como es el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) y los recursos humanos, pero persisten los problemas en las ventas, además, han retrocedido en algunos temas, tales como la posventa.
Abstract
This study constitutes the first effort of measuring the evolution of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the City of Tehuacan and its surroundings; the analysis originates from research carried out in 2015 and which mapped directors’ activities and strategies that were compared to results obtained in 2020, just before the COVD-19 breakout. 1 013 micro enterprises were analyzed from a systematic point of view and organizational architecture. This study uses a longitudinal quantitative method and demonstrates that MSEs have grown in some aspects such as the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and human resources, but problems in sales persist furthermore some have dropped such as post-sales.
En esta investigación se presenta el análisis de resultados de los factores que influyen en la falta de continuidad de las empresas y si la variable tecnología es pieza clave en la actividad o inactividad de estas. Se analizó una muestra de 832 empresas de diversos sectores en los Municipios de Ajalpan, Altepexi, Tehuacán y Santiago Miahuatlán, Puebla y se encontró que aun en esta Era Digital del Siglo XXI, la variable Tecnología no tiene una influencia significativa para la reputación corporativa y su permanencia en el mercado. Abstract
This research presents the analysis of the results of the factors that influence the lack of continuity of the companies and whether the variable technology is a key element in the activity or inactivity of the same. A sample of 832 companies from different sectors in the municipalities of Ajalpan, Altepexi, Tehuacán and Santiago Miahutlán, Puebla was analyzed and it was found that even in this Digital Age of the XXI Century, the variable Technology does not have a significant influence for the corporate reputation and his stay in the market. The factors with the greatest impact are the external factors and the variable economy of the country the most significant.
