Malang memiliki banyak produk unggulan yang diproduksi oleh UMKM, mulai dari makanan, minuman bahkan sampai dengan kerajinan tangan (crafting). Mengingat semakin pesatnya perpindahan informasi melalui media digital dan pengguna digital serta berdasar dari data kualitatif dan kuantitatif diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Kabupaten Malang cukup banyak pelaku UMKM dengan berbagai permasalahannya yang belum mampu untuk melaksanakan system pemasaran menggunakan digital marketing dengan efektif. Keterampilan dalam menguasai digital marketing sangat penting diberikan kepada pelaku UMKM di Malang, karena: Pertama, mereka belum menguasi pemasaran berbasis digital dengan efektif sehingga belum memanfaatkan digital marketing secara maksimal. Kedua, tanpa memiliki kompetensi ini (penguasaan digital marketing), maka akan menyulitkan para pelaku UMKM di Malang bersaing dalam perdagangan, sehingga keterampilan ini penting diberikan terlebih dahulu kepada para pelaku UMKM di Malang sebelum melakukan pendampingan kearah yang lainnya. Adapun UMKM yang dijadikan objek pelatihan adalah UMKM Perum GPA Ngijo, Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pendampingan yang digunakan adalah teknik pendampingan terarah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Hasil positif dan memuaskan dari pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital ini merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan team pengabdian dalam membantu pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah untuk meningkatkan frekuensi penjualan.
Parents’ awareness of the importance of education greatly influences decision-making on educational extensions for children. Because more and more parents are aware of the importance of education in supporting the survival of children in the future, parents will be more aware of expanding education to a higher level for the benefit of the children, the environment, and the future. The objective of this study is to identify the factors that influence parents’ awareness in investment decision-making for children’s education. To address this issue, we use Cooper’s approach combined with the prism method, which offers a methodological framework and reporting procedure for the current review. Six main factors have emerged to answer the objective of this study, namely out-of-pocket expenses, forgone earnings, returns on investment, educational design, educational process, quality of education, and competitiveness. These findings show that decision-making for education transfers is not only seen from the side of government policy but also from the family side, illustrating the need for continuous synergy between the government policy and parents’ awareness of it, so that the improvement of superior human resources through education continues optimally.
Human resource development can be done by various step such as improvement of quality education especially model and learning methode.
Cognitive abilities in students have an important role for children's success in learning because most of the activities in learning are always associated with problems of remembering and thinking. Cognitive abilities are intended so that children are able to explore the world around them through their five senses, which are collaborated with accurate analysis so that with the understanding of the knowledge they get, children can carry on their lives. In supporting the implementation of learning activities with cognitive abilities so as to produce a maximum level of understanding of lecture material, it is necessary to have an appropriate digital-based learning media so that it can collaborate between technology and cognitive abilities. One of the digital-based learning media that can be applied in supporting students' cognitive abilities is to use Web Enhanced Course (WEC). The method used in this study uses descriptive methods and linear regression. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been filled out by students using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The population used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Malang. The population used to measure the level of student understanding of lecture material using the Web Enhanced Course amounted to 284 students, while the sampling technique used was proportional random sampling to obtain a sample of 74 students. While the results of this study can be concluded that the use of digital learning media Web Enhanced Course has an influence on improving understanding of lecture material by students as measured using cognitive abilities.
This study conducted focused on creating learning media based on Hybrid Learning Based on the Asynchronous Learning Network as an effort to improve effectiveness in Entrepreneurship learning. The research and development method carried out by researchers originated from Borg and Gall with the trial subjects, namely teachers who taught in 5 schools throughout Malang. The researcher used two types of validators, namely material expert validators and media expert validators. The researcher used two types of data namely qualitative data and quantitative data with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and tests (pretest and posttest) to respond. The data analysis technique used is descriptive percentage technique that refers to Arikunto. This study uses two test cycles to determine the effectiveness of media created for teachers. HYLBUS is a learning media website that is intended for entrepreneurship subject teachers with the basic principle of the Asynchronous Learning Network that integrates several aspects needed by students in enhancing the capture of entrepreneurial learning delivered by the teacher. The advantages of this website are (1) user friendly, (2) responsive, (3) accountable, (4) transparent, (5) trusted. Based on the test results it was found that an increase in student learning outcomes reached 25.76%, besides that there was an increase in teacher activities reaching 19.45% from pre-action to action 1 and an increase of 3.72% from action 1 to action 2 with criteria “Very good” and an increase in student activity by 33.34% from pre-action to action 1, and an increase of 6.33% from action 1 to action 2 with the criteria of “very good”
