The countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are one of the main tourist destinations in the world. Indonesia became the fourth country in ASEAN with the highest number of arrivals. The existence of COVID-19 pandemic has a direct impact on Indonesia's tourism sector. The respondent of this research is millennial and post millennial. This study determines to found out the correlation of pandemic COVID-19 with the intention to travel from these two generations. This research examines the influence of perceived travel risk, travel motivation, and affect toward travel intention in ecotourism are for millennial traveller during the new normal phase five. This study is using quantitative methods and collecting data from 334 respondents that represents the sample criteria. These research findings only confirmed that only one of perceived risk dimensions or safety risk has significant effect on travel intention in ecotourism area during the new normal phase five. In addition, the level of negative affect and the level of positive affect had the positive effect on travel motivation. Finally, travel motivation can positively influence the travel intention in ecotourism area.
Currently, the Islamic finance industry is proliferating and continues to make exciting innovations to attract customers. This innovation offers convenience and efficiency in financing Islamic banking in Indonesia. one of the product innovations offered is a sharia credit card. Unlike conventional banks' credit cards, which based on interest, this Islamic credit card still based on a contract. This study aims to look at the preferences of sharia bank customers, especially at the Surabaya branch of BNI Syariah bank, in using the iB hasanah card product. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. This study indicates that contracts, fines, fees, and services together have a positive effect on customer preferences in choosing the iB Hasanah Card product. Furthermore, each variable significantly affects customer preferences in choosing the IB Hasanah Card as an efficient payment card.
Turnover is a big issue for an organization, leading to the loss of talent and financial costs based on the organization’s investment in human capital and decreased productivity. In this research, we examined the impact of three HR practices on employee well-being, job performance and turnover intentions in professional workers at PT ABC. Employee well-being in this study involved two perspectives: psychological well-being and physical well-being. This study also examined the impact of employee well-being on retention. The study was conducted in a subcontractor company in the telecommunication industry in Indonesia. This study included 283 professional workers who were considered critical people in ensuring quality service. HR practices had a negative effect on turnover intention and a positive effect on job performance. HR practices did not influence either psychological well-being or physical well-being.

Tourism is one of the leading sectors that contributes significantly to Indonesia's national income. Yogyakarta is one of the regions in Indonesia that can run halal tourism. because yogyakarta is one of the provinces that has many tourist attractions. In addition, the majority of the population of Yogyakarta is Muslim. Therefore, it has potential in the development of halal tourism. One of the things that attracts the attention of both local and international tourists is the traditional vehicles in this city. The traditional vehicles are andong and pedicap. This research is descriptive qualitative by using an inductive approach. The theoretical basis is used as a guide so that the research focus is in accordance with the facts on the ground. In this study, we as researchers started from the data, using the existing theory as explanatory material. Andong adn pedicab being a passenger transport. The uniqueness and peculiarity of the andong and pedicab make it not only an ordinary transportation but has become part of a halal tourist attraction that is quite popular with tourists in the Malioboro area.
Digitalization in Indonesia has entered a new phase, the development of technology that makes several services run more efficiently and more flexible. Digital services that are quite complex are financial services such as electronic payment systems. Currently, the payment system is able to increase the overall satisfaction of the individual. This study examines the role of using an electronic payment system and the determinants of individual financial satisfaction as a whole. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to test hypotheses regarding financial satisfaction. The results of this study prove that financial capability is able to increase financial satisfaction. However, different results show that the use of an electronic payment system does not affect financial satisfaction. This finding can expand the literature review on digital awareness, satisfaction and behavior in addressing individual financial satisfaction.
