notamment en ce qui concerne l'exportation des produits agricoles, placent les "pays du tiers monde" au bord de la famine massive, ce qui conduira inévitablement à une montée encore plus grande des tensions dans les pays du G7 en raison à l'augmentation de l'activité migratoire de la population appauvrie, ainsi qu'au déclenchement de guerres locales et d'épidémies [1][2][3][4][5]. Une place importante dans la régulation de cette situation est occupée par la question de la préservation et du développement des opportunités d'exportation du secteur agricole de l'Ukraine [2]. À leur tour, la situation épizootique complexe concernant la peste porcine africaine (PPA) et le niveau élevé d'activité agro-terroriste de l'ennemi sont les tristes réalités des exportations agricoles modernes de l'Ukraine [3,4,5,6]. A notre avis, les besoins critiques en moyens et mesures de lutte contre l'agroterrorisme (y compris PPA) sont et resteront dans un futur proche leur disponibilité budgétaire et leur adéquation à l'usage quotidien des structures de base de contrôle des exportations.
