Новые подходы к лабораторной диагностике состояния печени у крупного рогатого скота РЕЗЮМЕ Актуальность. На сегодняшний день научное сообщество во всем мире проявляет значительный интерес к изучению синдрома эндогенной интоксикации организма. В статье представлены результаты оценки уровня эндогенной интоксикации при болезнях печени крупного рогатого скота по концентрации молекул средней массы в сыворотке крови.Методы. Было сформировано две группы коров по 50 голов в каждой: 1-я -здоровое поголовье; 2-я -с патологией печени. Состояние печени у коров оценивалось по клиническому статусу, границам печени и ее чувствительности, биохимическому исследованию крови и ультразвуковой диагностике гепатобилиарной системы. Уровень эндогенной интоксикации у коров изучался по двум фракциям МСМ при длинах волн λ = 254 нм (МСМ 254) и λ = 280 нм (МСМ 280).Результаты. Наиболее высокие значения маркеров эндотоксикоза в крови отмечены у коров с гепатитом. Так, достоверная разница в МСМ 254 (токсическая фракция) со здоровыми животными в этой подгруппе составила 1,8 раз, изменения фракции МСМ 280 (фракция, содержащая ароматические аминокислоты) были менее выражены -показатель повышен на 25,4 %. При гепатозе у коров уровень МСМ 280 в крови достоверно не изменялся по отношению к данным здорового поголовья, на уровне тенденции наблюдалось увеличение показателя на 10,1 %. Уровень МСМ 254 при этом достоверно повысился в 1,5 раза. Расчет ИР 280 / 254 у коров с гепатопатологией выявил снижение показателя при максимальных изменениях у животных с гепатитом; относительно здорового поголовья разница составила 30,4 % (гепатит) и 25,3 % (гепатоз).
