Os autores desta pesquisa têm por objetivo apresentar a evolução de um modelo de processos integrado aplicado a uma empresa de consultoria, a partir da identificação das variáveis internas e externas extraídas dos dados coletados. Para este estudo de caso qualitativo e descritivo, utilizou-se revisão de literatura acerca de gestão de processos de negócio (do inglês Business Process Management -BPM) e métodos ágeis (especificamente design thinking e SCRUM), afinal, tais metodologias estão alinhadas à melhoria de desempenho organizacional. Durante a execução desse trabalho, verificou-se a necessidade de realização de entrevistas não estruturadas com os Diretores da área de Projeto, de forma a comparar o modelo usado previamente na empresa analisada com a Configuração de Valor do modelo desenvolvido em 2016. Contudo, ao aprofundar as análises ao nível de atividades, percebe-se relativa superficialidade, gerando confusão entre etapas do As Is e o To Be, bem como sobreposição dos próprios processos, o que poderia acarretar em redução de sua qualidade.Palavras-chave: gestão de processos de negócio, métodos ágeis, design thinking, configuração de valor, macroprocessos, processos, consultoria.
