RESUMO: Este artigo pretende analisar pesquisas já consolidadas, de âmbito nacional e internacional, sobre as Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs), disponibilizadas em smartphones direcionadas para usuários idosos. A metodologia usa revisão integrativa com publicações compreendidas entre 2009 e 2018, em base de dados indexadas como: SCOPUS, Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) e Google Scholar, da área de informática relacionadas a área de Interface Humano-Computador. Entre os resultados destacam-se: a análise e sistematização de 23 estudos e a sua categorização em: a) estudos desenvolvidos para benefício da saúde do idoso; e b) pesquisas sobre a avaliação de usabilidade de smartphones e aplicativos para o usuário idoso, conforme o contexto em que foram analisados, desenvolvidos ou avaliados.
Abstract. This paper presents a model of digital inclusion for the elderly people, using learning by peers methodology. The model's goal was valuing and promoting the potential capabilities of the elderly people by promoting some of them to instruct other elderly people to deal with computers and to use several software tools and internet services. The project involved 66 volunteering elderly people. However, 19 of them acted effectively as multipliers and the others as students. The process was observed through the empirical technique of interaction workshops. This technique was chosen for demanding direct participation of the people involved in real interaction. We worked with peer learning to facilitate the communication between elderly-learners and elderly-multipliers, due to the similarity in language, rhythm and life history, and because they felt more secure to develop the activities with people in their age group. This multiplying model can be used in centers, organizations and other entities that work with elderly people for their digital inclusion.
The search for didactic approaches to improve the teaching-learning process has been instigating educators. In view of this need, the Project-Based Learning approach has been experimented in undergraduate courses. This article presents an experience report on the use of the Project-Based Learning approach in the discipline of Human-Computer Interaction of the undergraduate course in Software Engineering at Gama campus of the University of Brasília. In the second semester of 2019, 63 students participated in this research by analyzing and evaluating this approach through questionnaires. The data collected show that students approved the use of this approach in the classes of that discipline.
Resumo: As tecnologias digitais, em especial as sociais, cada vez mais presentes no cotidiano das pessoas em todo o mundo, e são utilizadas em diferentes contextos e com diferentes finalidades, além de promover os processos de ensino e aprendizagem entre os estudantes, principalmente no ensino superior. Este artigo traz uma análise do uso de tecnologias sociais à luz da visão dos estudantes universitários numa disciplina do curso de Engenharia de Software da Faculdade UnB Gama da Universidade de Brasília, de como essas tecnologias contribuem para a sua aprendizagem, em aulas ministradas com metodologias ativas. Além das preferências por ferramentas, os dados coletados indicam seu potencial no aprendizado personalizado e coletivo, na sistematização dos trabalhos colaborativos, bem como no suporte e no gerenciamento das tarefas para realizar os projetos propostos.
