When it comes to education, the COVID-19 epidemic has had a major effect, particularly on distance learning techniques that must be completed online. It also applies to Architecture and Interior Design students in the planning and design studio lecture activities, which were formerly carried out offline in the studio but are now required to be carried out online from their individual residences, as part of the online learning methodology. Various difficulties encountered in architectural and interior planning, as well as design studio lectures, need students' adaptation via the use of virtual reality and digital technology. There are numerous restrictions in terms of visual and digital communication, ranging from the use of technical equipment to the facilities held by lecturers and students. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach, in which data was gathered via questionnaires, with the respondents being architecture and interior design students who answered the questions. According to the findings of the research, the adaptation of online lectures is not only a virtual and digital issue, but also a physical and non-physical one that requires consideration. When it comes to architectural and interior planning and design studio courses, virtual and digital changes have an impact on the learning process and the quality of learning results. Physical adaptation necessitates the provision of supporting resources in the form of tools and equipment to aid in the delivery of classroom lectures. Non-physical adaptation includes changes in time, patterns and methods of learning, behavior, psychology, and the internet network, as well as changes in the internet network itself. In future studies, it is necessary to do more in-depth study on behavioral and psychological adjustments and perspectives.

This research conducted in one construction company in Indonesia, the company was facing several problems, many projects that already ended have delays. Overdue payment one of the projects can reach Rp 252.544.148.-. For calculating late payment that the company can save researcher using Critical Path Method (CPM)-Crashing. CPM-Crashing method can accelerate project duration by increase resource budget, so company doesn’t need to pay overdue payment. The result of CPM-Crashing is company can save Rp. 227.584.147.-late payment. To anticipate project delay proper planning is required. One of project planning method is project scheduling. Great loss because of the overdue amount, the company must evaluate their project schedule. The Researcher using CPM-Project Evaluation Review Technic (PERT) and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) both methods can give new project schedule. CPM-PERT can give probability project finish and CCPM can give new project schedule. The result of this research is probability project is not delay is very low that is only 55% project can finish on time, the company must try CCPM schedule.

Analisis terhadap implementasi KA Cepat (HST) membuktikan adanya perpindahan moda (modal shifting) dari moda angkutan udara, angkutan jalan dan angkutan KA Konvensional secara signifikan kepada moda angkutan KA Cepat yaitu 27.43 persen dari penumpang moda transportasi udara, 4.3 persen dari penumpang moda transportasi jalan dan 3 persen dari penumpang moda transportasi kereta api konvensional. Purpose: This research aimed to ascertain the people's economic progress throughout the pandemic via the distribution of productive zakat by BAZ/LAZ in Pekalongan.   Theoretical Framework: Zakat has evolved as a tool for economic growth and poverty reduction among the peoples of the regions during times of economic distress (Yusroni & Chadhiq, 2021). Zakat provides several benefits over the standard fiscal tools now available. Numerous ideas and theories have been advanced by specialists to address the issue of poverty (Alaro & Alalubosa, 2019; Iqbal & Mirakhor, 2011). However, not all ideas can be implemented and contribute to poverty reduction. It is anticipated that professional zakat administration and profitable usage would enable poverty reduction (Hoque, Khan, & Mohammad, 2015).   Design/Methodology/Approach: Field research with a qualitative approach collects, manages, and distributes zakat funds, incredibly productive zakat at BAZ/LAZ in Pekalongan City. The technique is triangulation.   Findings: The results showed that BAZ/LAZ in Pekalongan City had implemented effective zakat distribution programs, namely BAZNAS, LAZ Al Ummah, LAZISMU, and LAZ Central Java, while LAZINU had not implemented the effective zakat program optimally. In general, BAZ/LAZ in Pekalongan City used productive zakat to promote the potential of the people via various sorts of productive zakat initiatives throughout the pandemic. The primary objective of productive zakat is similar to that of BAZ/LAZ in Pekalongan City. According to defined protocols, the productive zakat distribution model is carried out precisely and accurately.   Research, Practical & Social Implications: Despite several challenges, the distribution of productive zakat continued throughout the COVID-19 epidemic. The effective zakat program emphasizes developing diverse models via creativity and innovation for people's economic growth to avoid poverty.   Originality/Value: The findings of the model of economic development of the people run by the mustahik also vary in the efforts carried out whose main objectives are to save, infaq, and develop businesses to avoid the problem of poverty.

This study aims to provide a supporting facility for the Borobudur Highland region in the Nglinggo-Sedayu Gate portion that will serve as a public transportation/transfer hub for the Borobudur Highland tourism area. This phase of research employs a combination of methods: site survey, primary and secondary data gathering, review of literature, precedents, and current comparative studies, data processing, and idea generation. According to the findings, the Transfer Hub building idea is Contemporary Architecture, which blends two architectural styles: modern architecture and Neo Vernacular, in which modern architecture incorporates contemporary features. In contrast, Neo Vernacular is more cultural, as shown by the Transfer Hub building's façade featuring the "Sekar Jagad" Batik motif. Hence, it is ideal for attractive natural forest landscapes and curvy terrain that present difficulties and selling points for the transfer hub building. Additionally, it is distinctive in transportation infrastructure in the Borobudur Highlands region that leads to the Transfer Hub. In conclusion, the Transfer Hub building supports and complements the Borobudur Highland infrastructure. The modern architectural approach to the Transfer Hub building adds value to the area's views and mode of transportation.

Classroom management is vital in educating young English learners since children have weak self-control and teaching youngsters is different from teaching middle schoolers and adults. This study investigates the classroom management tactics used by English instructors at a private primary school, the teachers' motives for applying them, and the kids' impacts. Two English professors and 12 students participated. Different age and experience levels teach English. The researcher picked the 12 pupils because they could provide strategy knowledge. Classroom observation, teacher interviews, and a questionnaire provided the data. The strategies address three areas. Physical environment focuses on seating arrangement, sight, sound, comfort, and whiteboard and equipment usage; psycho-social management focuses on rules, feedback, and incentives; and classroom activity management manages time, solo, pair, and group work, and monitors the class. Reasons for using classroom management tactics include making the teaching-learning process operate smoothly, motivating students, supporting them in completing tasks, increasing classroom discipline, and building social skills. Students were more disciplined, pleased in the learning process, knew the lesson's goal, and were more focused and actively participated in learning when classroom management tactics were used.

Purpose: To meet the needs of the public, the government has provided an official financial institution, which is subject to a certain series of administrations with all the calculations. The problem is that not all community members understand access to finance at these financial institutions. There are Islamic banking, BMT, and Sharia KSPPS, but in borrowing money they choose moneylenders. This problem is influenced by the ease of borrowing money from moneylenders, which are more flexible and the method of payment can be adjusted according to a special agreement between the customer and the moneylender. Disbursement of funds that can be done at any time according to the time needed, without being bound by conditions that are considered complicated by the customer. As a form of compensation, the interest charged by moneylenders is high and burdensome for the borrower. The risk of high-interest rates is often not taken into account by the borrower.   Design/Methodology/Approach: The method for developing public financial literacy is what the moneylender's practice as the object of observation. To be realized as an effort for educational methods is to conduct an analysis of moneylenders in the community and explore how people depend on moneylenders, evaluate financial behavior in the community, deconstruct financial behavior and re-conceptualize public financial behavior.   Findings: Socialization and acceleration of the marketing of financial products from the BMT, or official government financial institutions need to be carried out to prevent the level of community dependence on moneylenders, including by expanding financial literacy in the community, establishing management education methods, and implementing finance that is more inclusive in the community.   Research, Practical & Social Implications: The necessities of life for each individual in the community will certainly not be the same, to be able to fulfill the purpose of these needs it is financed by the availability of funds or financial means. There are members of the community who are relatively able to meet their financing needs, but not a few of the community have not met their needs.   Originality/Value: This study seeks to help the government and society in Indonesia to have a good education in terms of financial literacy, people need information and knowledge that currently in Indonesia there are many formal and legal financial institutions to help financial problems faced by people in Indonesia. Indonesian people are no longer just dependent on moneylenders or illegal financial institutions, which will instead trap them into new financial problems.
