The modular operating theater (MOT) system is often used in operating rooms since it is incorporated into a single control panel, enabling its operation more effectively and efficiently. The MOT in the present study's operating room employs analytical techniques, and moreover has complicated space needs. Any hospital that wants to implement MOT in the operating room must adhere to the regulations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, as everything must adhere to a specific criteria. Additionally, MOT must fulfill the primary components required to ensure that the operational process proceeds properly and without technological difficulties. The criteria also includes the use of insulated doors (swing or sliding) to control the pathogens, bacteriostatic floors with corner covings, the operating table must be set in such a way that the laminar airflow reaches it, the use of modern operating tables, the adequate filtration of the air conditioning system and the air distribution system, and use of sterile corridors. The MOT in the operating room must also include the medical gas pipeline system (MGPS), flexible arm light pendants, precise indications on surgeon control panels and electrical panels, scrub stations, comprehensive utility pendants, as well as static/dynamic clean/dirty boxes. This article explores why and how youth can build community bonds in the new era of rural development in Indonesia that produces local works in the form of tourist sales products. This article uses qualitative methods through a case study approach. The research was conducted in Balkondes Wringin Putih. Starting from individual unrest into community bonds that produce youth solidity, the village succeeded in developing tourist destinations in special economic areas based on tourism. When tourism development programs become the country’s priority, youth through the provision of village tour packages can create new jobs and increase rural economic productivity. The community ties and administration in the village’s growth, resulting from the ruralization process, are contextualised in the macro-political structure of the new age of Indonesian rural development, in fact, able to develop youth-based economic resilience. As empirical research to understand the development of new rural tourism, this study learns from the practices in Balkondes about a relational view of the ever-changing mechanisms of community bonding in the modern world.

Borobudur Temple is one of the icons of Indonesian tourism in the world. Unfortunately, tourists, domestic and foreign, do not have knowledge of the importance of the existence of Borobudur Temple as a cultural heritage. Evidence of the lack of knowledge of domestic tourists about the conservation of Borobudur Temple is reflected in the vandalism of thousands of people who left stains on the Borobudur stone. This has the potential to damage the rock layers of the temple. Foreign tourists themselves are also seen as lacking comprehensive knowledge about Borobudur Temple. They know a lot about the history of Borobudur, but do not understand the history of the villages surrounding the supporters of Borobudur Temple. The history of the villages around Borobudur is an important element in supporting Borobudur as a cultural heritage. In addition, efforts are needed to maintain tourist interest in visiting Borobudur Temple and the surrounding villages during the limited number of visitors. For this reason, a way is needed to educate the general public about the history and conservation efforts of the Borobudur Temple and the surrounding villages which have historical and geographical links. Based on these problems, the researchers developed a digital book called Buddhara (Borobudur Dalam Cerita) and has been testing using questionnaire.
