Penelitian ini bertujuan uuntuk mengetahui bentuk latihan bola voli antara bentuk latihan passing atas berpasangan dengan latihan passing ke dinding terhadap hasil passing atas dalam permainan bola voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode experiment.Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari bentuk latihan passing atas berpasangan terhadap hasil passing atas dalam permainan bola voli putra Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli SMA Negeri 1 Sei Suka Tahun 2020. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari bentuk latihan passing atas ke dinding terhadap hasil passing atas dalam permainan bola voli putra Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli SMA Negeri 1 Sei Suka Tahun 2020. Latihan Passing atas berpasangan tidak lebih besar pengaruhnya dibandingkan dengan latihan passing atas ke dinding terhadap hasil passing atas dalam permainan bola voli putra Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli SMA Negeri 1 Sei Suka Tahun 2020.
In general, the purpose of this study was to improve the results of sprinting learning in physical education learning by using the application of the play approach for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 6 Kisaran. This study uses an experimental study. The subjects in this study were students of class VII SMP Negeri 6 Kisaran city. This research was conducted with six meetings the results of the average value of students in learning sprint 70 or 60% of students completed, and 40% of students who did not complete. In the second phase which was realized through the actions of the results of reflection from the pre test, the results were an average of 80 or 88% of students completed and 12.5% of students who did not complete. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) With the approach to playing sprint running learning outcomes increase, (2) With the application of the play approach applied through the game helps students improve the learning outcomes of sprint running.
Character building is one of the goals of national education. In the National Education System Law no. 20 of 2003 states that the goal of national education is to develop the potential of students to have intelligence, personality and noble character. The purpose of this research is to form the character of students from an early age through outdoor activities by forming the character of a spirit of leadership, discipline, mutual respect and being able to make decisions in any case so that students are more independent and ready to face a better future and challenges. It is hoped that this outdoor activity game can be a means for students to express and appreciate better behavior and make students become individuals who are able to compete so that in the future. The specific objective of this research is to develop an outdoor activity game model in character building for SDN 067250 Mabar students using the R & D research method carried out by small-scale testing at SDN 060952 Medan Labuhan by distributing questionnaires and applying game forms to obtain 10 forms of play with testing from experts and ready to be tested on a large scale at SDN 067250 Mabar. With the result that the outdoor activity game is able to change the student's character as desired, it is evident from the questionnaire or questionnaire distributed to students and sports teachers who are at SDN 067250 Mabar. Abstrak Pembentukan karakter merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pendidikan nasional. Dalam UU Sisdiknas No. 20 tahun 2003 menyatakan bahwa tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah mengembangkan potensi peserta didik untuk memiliki kecerdasan, kepribadian dan akhlak mulia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membentuk karakter siswa dari sejak dini melalui permainan outdoor activity dengan membentuk karakter jiwa kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan, saling menghargai dan mampu mengambil keputusan dalam hal apapun sehingga siswa lebih mandiri dan siap mengadapi masa depan dan tantangan yang lebih baik lagi. Diharapkan dengan permainan outdoor activity ini dapat menjadi sarana bagi siswa dalam meluapkan dan mengapresiasikan prilaku yang lebih baik lagi dan menjadikan siswa menjadi pribadi yang mampu bersaing sehingga dimasa yang akan datang. Tujuan khusus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model permainan outdoor activity dalam pembentukan karakter pada siswa SDN 067250 Mabar dengan menggunakan metode penelitian R & D yang dilakukan dengan pengujian skala kecil di SDN 060952 Medan Labuhan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menerapkan bentuk permainan didapat 10 bentuk permainan dengan pengujian dari para ahli dan siap diuji diskala besar di SDN 067250 mabar. Dengan hasil bahwa permainan outdoor activity mampu mengubah karakter siswa sesuai yang diinginkan terbukti dari kuesioner atau angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa dan guru olahraga yang berada di SDN 067250 Mabar.
This research is aimed to know the relationship between speed reaction, explosive power of muscle arm, and hand-eye coordination of smash skills of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan. The research method used is a survey method with correlational analysis technique. This study used total sampling, in which all the population was taken as the sample, as the sampling technique. The number of the sample was 35 people. The research shows (1) there is a relationship between speed reaction with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan as shown by t obtained = 2.58> t table = 1.70. (2) there is a relationship between explosive power of muscle arm with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by t obtained = 2.74> t table = 1.70. (3) there is a relationship between hand-eye coordination with smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by t obtained = 3.06> t table = 1.70. (4) there is a relationship between speed reaction, explosive power of muscle arm, and hand-eye coordination toward smash skill of the students of STOK Binaguna Medan, as shown by F obtained = 2.91> F table = 2.91.
This study aims to determine the profile of the national level 1 physical trainer in 2022 who has an important role in athlete achievement in the world of achievement sports. This research was conducted on training participants who have passed the National Accreditation Institute for Sports (Lankor) in collaboration with STOK Bina Guna. The method used is descriptive with survey data collection techniques. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the profile of the national level 1 physical trainer in 2022 when viewed from the age side is still very productive, in terms of the licenses they have are already qualified as trainers even though some trainers are considered to be very beginners, in terms of the length of time they train, they are considered physical trainers. The national level 1 has experience that can be applied when training, and in terms of educational background it is still dominated by sports graduates.
