This article describes a method used in teaching English in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital content media that can be sourced from YouTube, Facebook, and TV broadcasting, or teaching videos made by the teacher are expected to be utilized to enable students to learn effectively. The Mixed Method with Quan-Qual Approach used to analyse the research data not for teaching. They use questionnaires and interviews to examine the responses of students and teachers in Makassar.The purpose of these instruments is to determine how to use digital content and whether digital content can increase student motivation and interest in the material provided. Based on data analysis results, it was concluded that the use of digital content in teaching English is very helpful for students in understanding material during the pandemic, especially for the millennial generation. Upon using digital content, the learning process becomes easier because it can be directly integrated into various applications such as WhatsApp groups, Zoom, Google Meet, and so on. Further, the use of digital content in the learning process during the pandemic is one way to bypass direct contact (physical distancing) with other students; it is more flexible and can be accessed without constraints. The use of digital content also increases student motivation in learning because the material provided has been designed to evoke students’ interest. However, this mode of teaching has its weaknesses. The limitations of internet resources, both in terms of network and data packages, can restrict all students from using it.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of audio books as teaching media for blind students in learning English and to find out audio books used in learning EFL. The study was conducted at SLB YAPTI Makassar with a number of samples taken were 20 students conducted randomly. The instruments in this study were tests, observations, and questionnaires. The results of the study show that the implementation of audio books as teaching media for blind students in learning English can help students in the learning process. The implementation of the audio book also increases student motivation in learning because it makes it easier for students to study anywhere and anytime.

The aim of this research was generally (1) to know the implementation of web-based learning model using hot potatoes application to increase language student achievement (2) to know student interest in web-based learning model by using hot potatoes application to increase language student achievement. This research used quasi experimental method. This research was conducted at second grade students of Junior High School 8 Makassar with 850 students' population. The writer used a random sampling technique. The total sample used was 60 students. The researcher divides the sample into two classes: the experimental class and the control class. Instruments research used is test, questionnaire and interview. Web-based learning model using hot potatoes application can help students develop their language ability.
This research aimed to know whether the use of the bandicam application as a teaching media can enhance students' writing skill in SMAN 18 Makassar.This research focused on pre-experimental research one group pretest and posttest. The population of this research was the tenth-grade students of SMAN 18 Makassar at the first semester 2021/2022 academic year. The writer took of 270 students as population. The data were obtained from the writing text. The results of the research used inferential analysis of t-test by SPSS v.16, showed that there was a significant enhance in the students’ mean score writing skill between the pretest and posttest. The mean score of the students’ writing enhanced from 51.04 in the pretest to 79.95 in the posttest. The significance value calculated 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 (P-value = 0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, the hypothesis of this study was accepted. It means that the use Bandicam Application As Teaching Media Can Enhance students writing skill at SMAN 18 Makassar. In addition, students' motivation after using this media also increased. The writer concluded that the use of Bandicam Application As Teaching Media in teaching English can enhance the students’ writing skill.
