Sa`etak. Uvod. Zadovoqstvo poslom se de-fini{e kao pozitivna emocionalna reakcija i stavovi pojedinca prema svom poslu. Zadovoqni radnici ostvaruju ve}u produktivnost, pove}avaju zadovoqstvo korisnika, imaju mawi apsentizam i re|e mewaju radnu organizaciju. Ciq rada jeste da se ustanovi nivo zadovoqstva svojim poslom radnika zaposlenih u slu`bi op{te medicine domova zdravqa i u bolnicama u Beogradu, kao i faktori koji uti~u na zadovoqstvo (nezadovoqstvo) zaposlenih. Metod: U slu`bi op{te medicine istra`ivawe je sprovedeno u martu 2006. u svim punktovima 16 domova zdravqa, a ob-uhva}eni su svi zaposleni. U bolnicama je istra`ivawe sprovedeno u junu 2006. u svim bolnicama, a ciqana populacija je jedna tre}ina svih zaposlenih. Instrument istra`ivawa bili su anonimni upitnici. Za statisti~ku obradu podataka kori{}eni su: χ 2 test, Kruskal Wallis test (H), jednofaktorska analiza varijanse (F). Rezultati: Istra`ivawem je obuhva}en 1 281 ispitanik u slu`bi op{te medicine Summary. Introduction: Job satisfaction is defined as positive emotional reaction and attitudes of an individual towards his/ her job. Satisfied employees have greater productivity, increase the satisfaction of users, less absenteeism and more seldom change the facilities in which they work. Aim: To establish the level of satisfaction of employees in the service of general medicine (in community health centers and in hospitals of the city) and define factors which have an impact on their satisfaction / dissatisfaction. Method: In the service of general inexlicine we have conducted research in March 2006, in 16 spots within 16 community health centers. Our research encompassed all employees. We conducted research in hospitals as well, in June 2006. One third of all employees were our target population. We have used anonymous questionnaires as research instruments. Statistical analysis was performed using chi-square test, Kruskal Wallis test (H) and ANOVA (F). Results: Our research encompassed 1, 281 employees in service for general medicine and 4, 100 hospital staff. Сажетак Да би здравствени систем адекватно функционисао потребно је обезбе дити довољан број здравствених профе сио на лаца, њихову равномерну географску ра спо ређеност, као и правовремено и аде кватно обнављање радне снаге. Циљ рада је да се сагледа обезбеђеност лекарским кадром у Србији, укупно и по окрузима, као и у односу на друге државе.
Сажетак Увод. Мерење професионалне сатисфакције здравствених радника представља незаобилазну компоненту система сталног унапређења квалитета здравствене заштите. Циљ рада. Циљ овог истраживања је био да се анализирају резултати испитивања професионалног задовољства здравствених радника у државним стационарним здравственим установама у Београду у 2008. години, као и да се утврде карактеристике задовољства, односно незадовољства здравствених радника. Метод рада. Истраживањем професионалне сатисфакције било је обухваћено 9697 запослених. У нашем раду су анализирани искључиво подаци из 6595 упитника које су попунили здравствени радници. Коришћен је дизајн студије пресека. Као инструмент истраживања употребљен је анонимни упитник за испитивање сатисфакције запослених, усвојен од стране Републичке стручне комисије за квалитет Министарства здравља Републике Србије. За утврђивање значајности разлике између обележја коришћен је Стедентов т тест, χ2 тест и једнофакторска анализа варијансе. Резултати. Степен утврђеног професионалног задовољства у београдским државним болницама је низак, што се може закључити како на основу процента задовољних (само 38,1%), тако Summary Introduction Measuring the job satisfaction of healthcare professionals is the unavoidable component of the continuous health care quality improvement process. Aim The aim of this study was to establish the level of the professional satisfaction of healthcare professionals in state hospitals in Belgrade in 2008, and to determine and rank the factors which impact on their satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Method The job satisfaction survey encompassed all hospital employees, but only the data from the questionnaires completed by the healthcare workers were analyzed. The study enrolled 9697 employees. Completed questionnaire were returned 6595 healthcare professionals, or 68.01% of tested employees in Belgrade hospitals. Professional satisfaction survey was designed as a cross-sectional study. For evaluating the job satisfaction, anonymous questionnaire was used as a research instrument, designed by the Commission for healthcare quality improvement of the Serbian Ministry of Health. Brojna istra`ivawa u svetu pokazala su zna~ajne varijacije izme|u dr`ava i regiona unutar dr`ave u pru`awu zdravstvene za{tite za ista oboqewa, {to je uslovilo razvoj niza aktivnosti za pra}ewe i unapre|ewe kvaliteta zdravstvene za{tite. Ministarstvo zdravqa Republike Srbije, kao jedan od ciqeva zdravstvene politike, definisalo je poboq{awe kvaliteta zdravstvenog sistema. Od polovine 2004. godine Ministarstvo sprovodi na nacionalnom nivou aktivnosti za pra}ewe, obezbe|ewe i unapre|ewe kvaliteta zdravstvene za{tite. Uvod: Prema Uredbi o planu mre`e zdravstvenih ustanova ("Slu`beni glasnik RS" br. 42/06), dnevna bolnica, kao posebna organizaciona jedinica poliklini~ke slu`be bolnice, organizuje se za obavqawe dijagnosti~kih, terapijskih i rehabilitacionih usluga za ambulantne pacijente u oblastima nefrologije (hemodijaliza i peritonealna dijaliza) i drugim interni-sti~kim granama medicine, hirur{kim granama medicine i psihijatriji-za{titi mentalnog zdravqa. Tretman pacijenta u dnevnoj bolnici je uvek kra}i od 24 sata, a mo`e zahtevati vi{e dolazaka (dana le~ewa). Porednosti le~ewa u dnevnoj bolnici su vi{estruke: stvarawe povoqne psiholo-{ke komponente za br`i oporavak, smawen rizik od intrahospitalnih infekcija, u{teda zdravstvenih resursa. Ciq rada jeste da se analiziraju kapaciteti i rad dnevnih bolnica u Beogradu (bez dnevnih bolnca za hemodijalizu, koje su posebno organizovane i finansirane). Metod rada je deskriptivno-analiti~ki.
