The implementation of education in the 21st century has a different direction compared to the previous century. Education in the 21st century is expected to produce outcomes for students who are ready to enter the post-industrial era (industrial revolution 4.0). The direction of education in the 21st century is no longer holding education aimed at preparing people in a simple, static / linear, and predictable world. The characteristics and demands of the 21st century above produce four learning characters of 21st century, namely: (1). Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; (2) Creativity and Innovation; (3) Communication; (4) Collaboration. For this reason, pre-service and in-service teachers are expected to be able to create learning with HOTS (High Order Thinking Skills) outputs. the topic of this research is how to prepare 21st century teachers in terms of the 4C characters, especially for pre-service teachers.
Strengthening of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) needs to be done as an effort to present chemistry learning that is following the times. The purpose of this activity is to identify the TPACK conditions of chemistry teachers, as well as to seek initial activities to strengthen teachers’ TPACK through the introduction of augmented reality technology according to chemical content, as well as classroom management based on a learning management system platform. The implementation method included Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities, lectures, and implementation practices. Participants in this activity consisted of chemistry teachers who were active members of the Chemistry Teacher Groups of Kudus Regency, as many as 17 teachers. This community service activity is in the form of a series of activities that include (1) identification of difficult chemistry materials, most of which show microscopic concepts as one of the difficult materials, (2) identification of the condition of the teacher's level of mastery of technology which is generally still at a moderate level, (3) introduce the potential use of technology in the chemistry learning process in the form of Augmented Reality, namely RAppChemistry, and (4) the use of a learning management system in the form of the Google Classroom platform that can be used in electronic-based teaching and learning processes. Further partnerships need to be implemented to implement the technology on a classroom scale. Activities that may be carried out are lesson study activities to optimize the integration of technology in chemistry learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi Program Penguatan Karakter (PPK) di Sekolah Dasar. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, 3 orang guru, dan 9 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan program penguatan karakter Religius dilakukan terintegrasi dengan beberapa program seperti mengaji, pembiasaan shalat dhuha, dan hafalan al-qur’an. Program Penguatan Karakter Nasionalisme melalui kegiatan rutin upacara bendera setiap hari senin, dan ektrakulikuler pramuka. Program Penguatan Karakter Mandiri yaitu siswa membuat peraturan kelas. Program Penguatan Karakter Gotong royong yaitu siswa saling tolong menolong dalam melakukan setiap kegiatan. Program Penguatan Karakter Integritas yaitu siswa bertanggung jawab dalam mengerjakan pembelajaran maupun dalam kegiatan di luar kelas. Program Penguatan Karakter (PPK) yang dijalankan di salah satu SD di kota Semarang sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan konsep sekolah dan aturan Kemendikbud.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif kompetensi profesional mahasiswa calon guru matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Untuk mencapai tujuan di atas, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan: (1) wawancara, (2) dokumentasi, dan (3) observasi. Penetapan sumber informasi dimulai dari informan kunci dan dilanjutkan dengan informan lain secara snowball. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan: (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data, dan (3) pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional mahasiswa calon guru berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil penelitian ini, saran-saran yang ajukan diantaranya: (1) perlunya perbaikan sistem microteaching di UNIMUS terutama pada raw dan instrumental input (2) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan profesional mahasiswa calon guru maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan microteaching bersiklus yang disesuaikan dengan alokasi waktu real di sekolah mitra.
