Kecemburuan umumnya dialami sebagian besar pasangan yang menjalin hubungan romantis. Kecemburuan dapat berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk mempertahankan cinta dan hubungan, beberapa orang mungkin juga menganggap kecemburuan sebagai ancaman bagi hubungan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kecemburuan romantis dengan kepuasan hubungan pada emerging adult yang sedang menjalani hubungan berpacaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan bersifat korelasional. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 150 emerging adult usia 18-25 tahun yang berpacaran. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Jealousy Scale (MJS) oleh Pfeiffer & Wong (1989) untuk mengukur kecemburuan romantis dan Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) oleh S.S. Hendrick (1988) untuk mengukur kepuasan hubungan romantis. Melalui teknik statistik Spearman correlation, ditemukan terdapat hubungan antara kecemburuan dengan kepuasan hubungan pada emerging adult yang berpacaran (r = -.338 p < .01), ditinjau dari dimensi kecemburuan romantis yaitu kognitif (r = -.363, p < .01) serta perilaku (r = -.258, p < .01) yang juga berkorelasi dengan kepuasan hubungan. Semakin tinggi kecemburuan emerging adult, semakin rendah kepuasan terhadap hubungan yang dijalaninya. Sedangkan dimensi emosi ditemukan tidak ada korelasi dengan kepuasan hubungan (r = .000, p > .01). Hasil temuan lain terkait dimensi kecemburuan serta kepuasan hubungan turut dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
