У статті розглянуто питання глобальних урбаністичних тенденцій розвитку міст як соціально еконо мічних систем. На основі проведеного аналізу визначення міста як соціально економічної системи за пропоноване авторське визначення цього поняття. Доповнено склад підсистем соціально економічної системи міста та визначено їхнє змістовне наповнення. Виділено такі підсистеми міста: матеріально тех нічну, фінансово економічну, транспортну, екологічну, адміністративно управлінську, соціально демог рафічну, підсистему інформації та діджиталізації, підсистему безпечного проживання в місті. Розробле но узагальнену схему системи факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього середовища, які впливають на місто як соціально економічну систему. Обгрунтовано вплив глобальних урбаністичних тенденцій на розви ток міст як соціально економічних систем. Виділено зростаючу вагомість екологічного урбанізму у су часному розвитку глобальних міст. Проведено аналіз відмінностей процесу урбанізації в Європі та Китаї, виділено позитивні та негативні риси урбанізації для життя людей. На основі аналізу динаміки зростан Ключові слова: урбаністика, глобалізація, місто, тенденції розвитку, соціально економічна система.
The regional aspects of implementing of the tools of financial and economic regulation in framework of land use are researched. The coefficient of activity concentrating (Kka) are developed. In according to indicator calculations the regions are significantly differentiated in borders of a country.
On the basis of territories grouping were made prioritizing of regions in according to indicators and financial flows. In the long run they can create a platform for strengthening regulatory characteristics. At the same time, under the conditions of activation of innovative regulatory tools, the values of Kka’s of the low-level regions group may increase.
