Em um ambiente em constante mutação e com consumidores mais exigentes e informados, a busca de um relacionamento duradouro, por meio da conquista da lealdade, passou a ser o objetivo de inúmeras empresas. Todavia estudos sugerem que essa lealdade pode ser afetada pelos comentários negativos disponíveis na internet. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo é examinar se as reclamações disponíveis no ambiente on-line impactam a lealdade a uma marca de aparelho celular. O método de pesquisa foi o experimental, considerando os antecedentes da lealdade do modelo NCSB Ampliado. A abordagem foi quantitativa e foram utilizados métodos da estatística descritiva, análise fatorial, regressão linear múltipla e teste não paramétrico de Wilcoxon para análise dos dados. Todas as cinco hipóteses propostas foram confirmadas, e os resultados comprovaram que as reclamações on-line podem impactar negativamente a percepção dos consumidores acerca da lealdade, assim como de seus antecedentes. Essas constatações representam um alerta para as empresas atentarem mais ao conteúdo disponível na internet, principalmente em relação às reclamações.
A Internet é uma tecnologia que revolucionou o mundo, criando novas formas de interação entre pessoas, organizações e negócios. O setor hoteleiro é um segmento que muito tem se beneficiado dos serviços suportados pela Internet. O objetivo do estudo é identificar os diferentes fatores que influenciam ao uso da Internet sob três dimensões: individual, organizacional e ambiental. Um modelo conceitual foi postulado contendo nove variáveis independentes sobre duas variáveis dependentes, relativas ao padrão de uso da Internet. Os dados foram coletados junto a 52 hotéis localizados no litoral do Recife - PE. O resultado da análise inferencial dos dados mostrou um padrão diferenciado de uso da Internet nos hotéis de pequeno, médio e grande porte e como os fatores acima descritos podem ser mais bem explorados a fim de se atingir um eficiente padrão de uso, aumentando suas posições competitivas. Baseadas na análise e resultados obtidos do estudo, são esboçadas algumas recomendações e implicações para futuras pesquisas.
Resumo O objetivo deste estudo é descrever os efeitos dos softwares de análise de dados qualitativos (Qualitative Data Analysis Software [QDAS]) na qualidade das pesquisas qualitativas, segundo a perspectiva de pesquisadores. O que motivou esta pesquisa foi a divergência de opiniões com relação aos efeitos dos QDAS na qualidade das pesquisas qualitativas. O aporte teórico foi construído com base nas literaturas de critérios de qualidade de pesquisas qualitativas, estratégias de promoção de qualidade e adoção de QDAS. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com dez pesquisadores com experiência de análise sem e com o uso QDAS. A técnica de análise utilizada foi a análise de conteúdo apoiada pelo uso do software ATLAS.ti®. Os resultados evidenciaram que o uso dos QDAS pode potencializar seis das sete estratégias de qualidade consideradas, com destaque para a melhoria da coerência do pesquisador. Os critérios de qualidade mais beneficiados pelo uso foram a confirmabilidade e a credibilidade. Como desvantagem do uso dos QDAS, emergiu a questão do distanciamento do pesquisador dos dados. Os resultados desta pesquisa contribuem para o enriquecimento da discussão sobre os efeitos dos QDAS nas pesquisas e fomentam o uso dos softwares. JEL Code: L86, C9, B41.
