The research paper considers the main provisions of the new scientific direction of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP); its fundamental goal is determined, which first of all includes optimizing the interactive interaction in practically all discursive genres of modern communicative space; the effectiveness of utilizing several NLP techniques in the Ukrainian educational segment is substantiated, first of all - in the process of teaching foreign languages, in particular English, given its international status and scientific potential. The main aim of the study is to review the relevant NLP techniques aimed at optimizing the teacher’s professional skills, and hence the effectiveness of the learning process as a whole. Such techniques include predicate, meta- and Milton-model personal identification, as well as spelling. The significance of the study is determined by the fact that this set of neurolinguistic techniques will be extremely useful both in creating comfortable communicative learning conditions as the basis of its effectiveness and inactivating the students’ psychocognitive abilities and increasing their professional competence level. The main question of the research paper is how to generally contribute to educational process optimization, mainly, in teaching foreign languages in the Ukrainian-speaking environment. In the study, both general scientific research tools (descriptive method, analysis, synthesis, observation) and special experimental methods (recording and comparing the results of applied NLP techniques, surveys, evaluations) are utilized. The main findings of the research allowed to determine the students’ individual neurophysiological mechanisms (representative priorities) in the process of educational data perception; to identify cases of the students’ deviant behavior through the reconstruction of their verbal and nonverbal behavior and adjust the communicative background to create a comfortable learning environment; to apply the elements of correct suggestibility to strengthen the students’ cognitive activity, and the naturalization of teaching data; to enhance the processes of memorization, effective assimilation and competent reproduction of new data through the directed activation of representative systems (visual, audible, kinesthetic) and the corresponding submodalities.
The author of the article analyzes the realization of verbal influence (also known as suggestion) phenomenon in political discourse, which is defined as a whole combined image of the text itself and emotions of its recipient and addressee, including the peculiarities of perception, external and internal circumstances, its pragmatic and linguistic aspects, etc, and is aimed at a a political subject’s (politics, political force, power) influencing a political object (audience, electorate, voter). Most scientists study political discourse and its immanent influential properties from the standpoint of Psychology, Communicative Linguistics, Pragmalinguistics, Political :inguistics and other related sciences, but the author proposes to research the peculiarities of perception, processing and generation of information and its transformations from deep thought structures to superficial speech with the help of involving Neurolinguistic Programming as a modern science which deals with analyzing such concepts; as well as Spin-Doctoring, an ultramodern complex discipline aimed at a correction of the negative gestalted image of the event in the media after its has already happened or right before its manifestation, which is impossible without the involvement of language techniques to influence the recipient or group of recipients. In order to fully research the political discourse, which in the network of this article is represented by the political speeches of the leaders of Ukraine, USA, France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Germany, the author involves both the basic techniques of political discourse correction which are utilized in Spin-Doctoring ( negative information delay, ambiguous informing, focus switch, interspersing the artificial situations with elements of naturalness, and the technique of controlled information leaks and preparation for events expectations); and the meta- and Milton-model analysis of the text hving been researched and developed in the NLP paradigm in order to isolate the actual linguistic influential patterns (markers of language metamodeling processes, simple, complex and indirect inductions). The analysis details the available data on the peculiarities of the implementing and enhancing the linguistic influence within the political discourse, as well as outlines the next steps in the development of research dedicated to this phenomenon.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the verbal influence (also known as suggestion) realization phenomenon in political discourse, which is usually understood as a holistic combined image of the text (be it an advertisement slogan, a political program, a speech, or an interview) itself and the emotions of its recipient and addressee. and is aimed at a a political subject’s (politics, political force, power) influencing a political object (audience, electorate, voter). The political discourse is studied from the standpoint of Psychology, Communicative Linguistics, Sociolinguistics, Speech Acts Theory, Advertisement Theory, PR / GR, Political Linguistics and other related sciences, but it is the involvement of such new methods of studying the linguistic and extralinguistic implementation of suggestion in political discourse, influence being its basic function, that emphasizes the relevance of the work, aimed at studying the manifestations of suggestion in political discourses with the help of NLP’s Milton-model analysis. Contemporary political discourse as an array, which, given the specificity of its functioning in today's information society, is characterized by immanent suggestogenicity is the object of the research; while the essential linguistic features of political discourse as a tool for the realization of its programmed suggestibility are the subject. The factual data of the research is represented by recorded media speeches, political advertisement, political programs and press conference speeches of the politicians heading the governments of Ukraine, USA, France, Spain, Italy, Canada, Germany (about 200 items of each class). The author involves the meta- and Milton-model analysis of the text having been researched and developed in the NLP paradigm in order to isolate the actual linguistic influential patterns (markers of language metamodeling processes, simple, complex and indirect inductions). The linguistic algorithm of Milton-model analysis of political discourses having been researched and visually illustrated with relevant examples combines a complex scientific approach within such multisubstrate science as NLP, and thus it will allow not only to single out dominant strategies of constructing texts and mechanisms of these discourses, but also to highlight the ways to counteract their negative effect, as well as serve in the construction of appropriate planning decisions in the field of optimizing the effectiveness of political communication, emphasized the prospects of the research having been presented in the article, as well as its essential practical value.
Kovalevska A. V. Pathogenic texts identification: Ukrainian realities. The article is devoted to the analysis of available researches in modern scientific paradigms studying pathogenic (that is, potentially harmful to a possible recipient or target audience) texts, defining the general concept of a pathogenic text and singling out the typical features of pathogenic texts available in the Ukrainian information space. Particular attention is paid to the coherence of the legislative aspect of this problem with actual linguistic features, as relevant legislation and bylaws do not always take into account the inherent suggestiveness of advertising texts, which significantly complicates the process of identifying them for further appropriate management decisions limiting their distribution or totally prohibiting operation in the state information field, and the security of Ukraine's information space is one of the guaranties of its citizens' securi...
