Management of the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex in Kazakhstan is an urgent problem for agricultural producers and insurers, since agriculture is in the zone of constant natural and economic risks, where the main share of risks is associated with weather events affecting the production of agricultural crops, and livestock as well. In order to reduce negative factors in agriculture, to ensure the protection of the property interests of farmers in agriculture from the consequences of unfavourable natural phenomena, measures are taken by the state and business, however, there are problems that agricultural producers face. The aim of the study is to analyze the management of the competitiveness of the agro-industrial complex with the help of factors affecting the development and development of recommendations for its further improvement.
This paper summarizes the results of a theoretical study as well as practically oriented research about the concept of managing the social sphere of the village and considers the problem-perspective field of development the social infrastructure management in the villages of the Republic of Kazakhstan.The chosen topic is relevant as an insufficiently studied scientific problem, and also has practical significance for the well-being and stable development of rural areas. The study describes the scheme of management of the rural social infrastructure in the Republic of Kazakhstan from the standpoint of object-subject, methods and results. Interviews of the rural population were conducted about the satisfaction with the rural social infrastructure and attitude towards the work of local governance. Rural settlements of Mangystau oblast currently have an average not significant level of social infrastructure development, and the level of satisfaction of residents in different areas with its condition varies from very low to sufficient. The most important principles for the development of definition of rural social infrastructure management and its functions have been highlighted with the help of a comparative analysis of various approaches. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that the development of promising directions of management the rural social infrastructure requires a comprehensive study and evaluation of the facilities, mechanism and principles of this management and the identification of its current problems with regional development tasks.
The expansion of such an area of tourism industry as agrotourism is a breakthrough for the development of rural industry. In addition, the integration of agro-tourism with agricultural eco-efficiency is closely related to agro-ecological development, therefore, it is necessary to study the relationship between the two in order to realize quality agro-ecological development. Integration of agriculture with other industries is an important means of expanding the agro-industrial chain and is useful for promoting sustainable agricultural development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the improvement of competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in the Republic of Kazakhstan through diversification of production and its impact on the tourism industry, including tourism enterprises. The degree of effectiveness of implementation of management decisions aimed at the development of tourism and agribusiness depends on the level of development of infrastructure and services in a particular region of the country. In this context, statistical data on the development of tourism and its relationship with agribusiness in the Republic of Kazakhstan are used to analyze some factors affecting their development.
In a competitive environment, reputation is based on the authority of both an individual and social groups / organizations that have real power and are able to influence the decisions and actions of others. The degree and possibility of this power depend on how authoritative a given individual, group or organization is in solving certain problems. The relevance of the research topic is explained by the fact that in modern economic conditions, in a period of high competition, organizations, in order to increase competitiveness and prosperity in the market, pay great attention to reputation management, the quality of their work and the quality of customer service. This is especially true for the service sector, including the health care system and its impact for sustainable development.
