This study aims to find out about (1) tolerance values, (2) the view of KH. Sholeh Bahruddin about the values of tolerance between one another and between religious groups. (3) Reasons for KH. Sholeh Bahruddin has an important view on tolerance between people and between religious communities. The results of the study show that: Tolerance between people includes tolerance of fellow humans and tolerance of other God beings such as animals and plants. Whereas inter-religious tolerance is based on: each religion is the responsibility of followers of the religion itself and has a form of worship (ritual) with its own system and method which is interpreted (charged) and becomes the responsibility of the person who embraces it on that basis, tolerance in social life between religious communities is not tolerance in religious matters, but rather the manifestation of the religious attitude of followers of a religion in the association of life between people who are not religious, in social issues or general welfare
Background: Dental and oral health problems in school-age children are influenced by several factors, one of which is a lack of knowledge. Education about dental and oral health is one of the first steps to increase children's knowledge. The success of guidance to children through dental and oral health counseling is determined by the media used, one of which is the busy binder. Learning activities using busy binder help children to recognize and understand learning materials. Objective: To analyze the effect of extension media using busy binder on knowledge of oral health in grade III B students at SDN Cisengkol, Tasikmalaya City. Methods: This type of research is a quasi-experimental with One group pretest posttest design. Sampling technique used was total sampling, namely all students of class III B SDN Cisengkol Tasikmalaya City, totaling 32 students. The measuring instrument uses a knowledge questionnaire about dental and oral health. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Results: statistical test obtained p-value 0.000 <0.05, which means H0 rejected and there are significant results. Conclusion: There is an effect of counseling media using busy binder on dental and oral health knowledge in grade III B students at SDN Cisengkol, Tasikmalaya City.
Background: Dental and oral health is something that must be considered for everyone, including mentally retarded children. Children with mental retardation are children who have intellectual abilities below the average normal child in general. Children with mental retardation have poor oral and dental hygiene by 62.6% and have a low level of knowledge about dental and oral health. One of the efforts to increase knowledge is counseling using question card media. Objective: To analyze the effect of counseling using question card media on dental and oral health knowledge in mentally retarded children of elementary school age at the Yayasan Bahagia Special School, Tasikmalaya City. Methods: The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. sampling using total sampling with a sample of 35 children. The measuring instrument of the study was a questionnaire to measure the knowledge of the oral health of children with mental retardation. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test on the SPSS program. Results: Before being given counseling using question card media, the most knowledge criteria were 28 children (80%), less criteria, while after being given counseling using question card media it increased to 11 children (31%) good criteria and 24 adequate criteria. children (69%), so that the average value of knowledge of mentally retarded children has increased from 47% to 73%. Wilcoxon test results obtained p-value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, it means that there is an effect of dental and oral health education using question card media. Conclusion: There is an effect of dental and oral health counseling using question card media on the dental and oral health knowledge of children with mental retardation of elementary school age at the Yayasan Bahagia Special School, Tasikmalaya City.
Background: Dental and oral health is an inseparable part of health in other body organ systems. Dental and oral disease that often attacks humans is dental caries. Dental caries is a common oral disease that occurs in childhood, one of the main factors causing it is saliva. Saliva has an important role in the process of caries where when the pH of the oral cavity is below 5.5 there can be a demineralization process or a caries process in the teeth. Preschool-aged children are very susceptible to caries, because the triggering factor is the food they eat and the lack of attention to maintaining dental and oral hygiene from an early age. Purpose: to mdunnoii The relationship between salivary pH and dental caries in preschool children at IT Noor Hidayah Kindergarten, Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency. Method: Analytic research type with cross-sectional design. Results: the results of the examination based on salivary pH were mostly 20 people with neutral criteria (80%), 5 people with alkaline criteria (20%), while no acid criteria (0%). Conclusion: obtained p-value of 0.552 (p>0.05), namely H0 is accepted as the hypothesis, which means that there is no significant relationship between salivary pH and dental caries in pre-school age children at IT Noor Hidayah Kindergarten, Klangenan District, Cirebon Regency.
