Research on the management model of the sacred area of the Masceti temple as a spiritual tourism destination aims to identify the potential for tourism in the sacred area of the Masceti temple to be developed into a spiritual tourism destination based on local wisdom, explore and study community attitudes, and formulate strategies for developing the sacred area of the Masceti temple as a spiritual tourism destination. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the sacred area of Masceti temple has the potential for spiritual, cultural and natural tourism. Supporting facilities such as road access and additional services available in the area are included in the good category. The community's perceptions and attitudes agree with the development of the management of the sacred area of the Masceti temple as a spiritual tourism destination based on local wisdom. Based on the I-E matrix, it is shown that the sacred area of the Masceti temple has strong internal and external conditions. The strategy in accordance with these conditions is a growth strategy. The SWOT analysis resulted in the following alternatives a) finalizing the planning of the arrangement of the Masceti temple sacred area and implementing sustainable arrangement, b) arranging the place for selling souvenirs, culinary delights and arranging the parking area, c) improving supporting facilities and infrastructure such as toilets, landfills, yoga places, meditation, holy bathing and construction of Hindu dormitories
Ayunan Village has a variety of tourism potentials, which are worthy of being developed as an attractive tourist destination in the future. To achieve this, an appropriate management strategy is needed to develop the tourist area of the Ayunan village. The objective of this research was: 1) Exploring and assessing local resources in Ayunan village, 2) Identify and analyze community perceptions about the development of tourist villages, 3) Formulating a local resource-based tourism village development strategy. The research method was used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. SWOT analysis is used to determine the tourism village development strategy and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis was used to rank development priorities. There are eight alternative strategies to develop Ayunan village as a tourist destination: a) Destination planning, b) Development of tourist attractions, c) Development of tourist facilities, d) Travel promotion or marketing, e) Community approach, f) Mapping tourism potential, g) Establishment of Tourism village community groups, h) Increase in human resources. The priority strategies base on QSPM analysis were: rank 1st was marketing or promoting. The Rank 2st Approach to the community to participate in supporting the development of tourism villages. Rank 3st Planning tourist destinations and rank 4th were increasing human resources.
In securing traditional villages, the existence of Pecalang is very much needed, considering that Pecalang is the guardian and strength of the Balinese people. The current socio-cultural conditions of Bali are increasingly alarming and marginalized from the growing economy and industry. In the development of the existence of traditional villages, it seems that traditional villages affect the social life of the Balinese people, for the presence of Pecalang can awaken Balinese Taksu in the eyes of the world. The purpose of this study is to explore information and implement policies for sustainability related to Pecalang in their resilience to the existence of traditional villages. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Methods of collecting data using surveys, interviews, and questionnaires. The process of extracting data is carried out with the snowball technique. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The study results show that pecalang has indeed been proven to maintain security and order in the customary village area. Pecalang's commitment to carrying out his duties is very high. Pecalang is steadfast in their commitment to self-defense of custom, religion, and state as long as they are given the trust to carry out their duties. Pecalang organizations will be able to finance all organizational resource needs, including improving the quality of human resources to be more professional, work facilities and infrastructure, work systems and procedures, technology, and others. Thus, the organization will be better able to improve the quality of service to the demands of the customer community needs.
