Abstract. The activity-based costing (ABC) in service companies is considered for minimization companies expenses modeling the uncertainty of service demand in the statistical probabilistic way. The two-stage stochastic programming model is formulated and implemented obtaining the deterministic model as a particular case of the stochastic one. The model takes into account the relation among activities better as compared with other known ones, namely, coherently with the ABC system. The model involves a stochastic demand and a relative minimum level to be satisfied. A modified L-shaped algorithm is developed in order to solve this stochastic optimization model. The applications of the model developed to the hospital service and the Crown prosecution service are considered, too.
Straipsnyje atskleidžiamas viešųjų įstaigų finansinių srautų planavimas. Aprašomi pagrindiniai finansų valdymo instrumentai ir sukurti kelių etapų sąnaudų minimizavimo modeliai. Pateikiami finansinių instrumentų ir jų kombinacijų ribojimai. Sukurti modeliai pritaikyti Šiaulių universiteto Matematikos ir informatikos fakulteto finansinių srautų dviejų ir keturių etapų optimizavimo uždaviniui spręsti. Sukurtame modelyje realizuojamas mišraus sveikaskaičio programavimo algoritmas. Atliekant optimizavimą naudojamas CPLEX Studio paketas. Palyginti gautų dviejų ir keturių etapų uždavinių rezultatai.
Darbe nagrinėjamas dviejų etapų stochastinio tiesinio programavimo uždavinys, kai antro etapo kintamieji priklauso nuo atsitiktinio parametro, pasiskirsčiusio pagal normalųjį (Gauso) dėsnį. Sprendžiant šį uždavinį, pritaikytas modifikuotas L pavidalo (L-shaped) algoritmas, realizuotas naudojant CPLEX optimizavimo paketą. Darbe nagrinėjamas scenarijų agregavimo metodas, siekiant sumažinti optimizavimo proceso iteracijų skaičių, naudojamų resursų kiekį ir optimalaus sprendinio gavimo skaičiavimo laiką. Agregavimo metodo efektyvumas ištirtas statistinio modeliavimo būdu.
This paper introduces a method which is developed to solve two-stage stochastic programming problems in which first-stage region is unbounded and cannot be solved using traditional decomposition. We are using our proposed L-shaped decomposition method modification to solve such problems. In order to achieve a more accurate result, the number of scenarios generated in the optimization process must be large enough. If there is a large number of target variables, optimization takes a long time and uses a lot of resources. Thus, in order to reduce the number of iterations of the optimization process, the amount of resources used, and the calculating time needed to get the optimal solution, the aggregation approach is applied. This paper also presents results of our research on optimal parameters setting of the proposed method.
