Abc Model for Economic Development of a Firm

Abstract: Abstract. The activity-based costing (ABC) in service companies is considered for minimization companies expenses modeling the uncertainty of service demand in the statistical probabilistic way. The two-stage stochastic programming model is formulated and implemented obtaining the deterministic model as a particular case of the stochastic one. The model takes into account the relation among activities better as compared with other known ones, namely, coherently with the ABC system. The model involves a stochas… Show more

“…At the same time, the authors interpret the results as basic information for making decisions in the company's sales policy. An attractive approach is described in (Uspuriene et al, 2016), according to which the preliminary ranking of material resources is carried out, considering the importance for the processes in public institutions. The following types of research served as the prerequisites for the author's methodology for rating customers / debtors and goods: -sales management methods based on combining ABC and XYZ analyzes (Yankovskaya and Mikova, 2017;Bubnova, Voronkov and Guzikova, 2017;Tovma et al, 2020;Zenkova and Gaman, 2017;Guo et al, 2019); -techniques describing general ratings of logistics performance (Izmaylova, et al, 2018;Karkhova, 2019;Malevich and Aitova, 2018;Novikov and Novikova, 2015;Tang and Abosedra, 2019;Belantová, Gálová and Taraba, 2019).…”

“…Thus, if the solution of the first-stage or second-stage task does not exist, but the solution of the stochastic task exists, the classic L-shaped algorithm is not suitable, as there may not exist a feasible cut. However, the problem can be solved by the proposed modification of the classical algorithm [16].…”
