RESUMOO câncer do colo uterino é resultante de alterações celulares, que comprometem o revestimento do epitélio podendo alastrar-se para as demais estruturas e órgãos. O Ministério da Saúde (MS), enfatiza que umas das formas mais importantes para a diminuição dos casos é a conscientização da demanda significativa de mulheres que estejam entre a faixa etária de 25 anos, que já tenham iniciados atividade sexual, até os 64 anos, sendo o exame Papanicolau a estratégia mais eficaz no combate ao câncer do colo do útero. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo conhecer a percepção de mulheres acerca dos aspectos que envolvem o exame preventivo de câncer de colo uterino. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo do tipo descritiva e caráter exploratório com abordagem qualitativa, tendo como cenário uma Estratégia de Saúde da Família no município de Iguatu, Ceará. Foram sujeitos da pesquisa, 13 usuárias atendidas por essa Estratégia, onde todas participaram de forma efetiva de uma entrevista semiestruturada. A análise compreensiva desvelou que por ser um exame que envolve a sexualidade e a exposição do corpo das mulheres, os sentimentos de vergonha, medo, nervosismo e ansiedade se tornam os mais predominantes. Vale enfatizar, o quanto é preciso que os profissionais invistam em educação em saúde, é através desse processo, que a visão crítica da população vai se aperfeiçoando e transformando os paradigmas da assistência, fazendo com que as questões em saúde sejam mais resolutivas.

RESUMOO presente estudo objetiva-se em dispor a importância do ACCR com base nos achados na literatura. Trata-se de um estudo do tipo revisão integrativa de literatura, através da busca nas seguintes base de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), na biblioteca Eletrônica Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) e Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) em julho de 2019. Como também, foram utilizados cadernos do Ministério da Saúde. A inclusão das literaturas passou por alguns critérios de elegibilidade, tais como: estudos disponíveis totalmente na íntegra e idioma português, resultando em 138 artigos. Diante os resultados encontrados, foi aplicado os critérios de exclusão: não disponível gratuito, artigo repetido e que não contemplasse o objetivo proposto, restando apenas 11 artigos. O Acolhimento com Classificação de Risco tem como função prever quais usuários devem permanecer internado e para quais setores devem ser destinados, como também quais os recursos materiais e estrutura ambiente o paciente vai necessitar durante a sua estadia na Emergência. O profissional responsável pela realização do ACCR, em todo o mundo, deve passar por um treinamento específico A classificação de risco é um importante dispositivo no processo de trabalho, tornado o setor mais eficaz no dimensionamento de seus clientes. Sendo o enfermeiro o profissional responsável por tornar esse método viável, através de seu julgamento clinico e crítico das queixas, e a partir da obtenção dessas resposta, determinará o risco iminente para cada caso.
