O presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca dos impactos da mastectomia na autoimagem e na vida sexual da mulher. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, onde a busca ocorreu através da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com auxílio das bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Bases de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e MEDLINE. Os artigos foram coletados no período de maio a junho de 2021, sendo utilizados os descritores: Mastectomia, Autoimagem e Mulheres. Após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, restaram 13 estudos. O presente estudo evidencia que as mamas são consideradas um símbolo para a sexualidade feminina, e que diante do diagnóstico de câncer de mama a mulher vivencia sentimentos negativos como desespero, tristeza, chateação, pavor da morte, incertezas, ansiedade, medo dentre outros. Tais sentimentos estão associados ao câncer como uma doença que engloba diversas negatividades e afeta proporcionalmente a expectativa de continuidade da vida da mulher.
O estudo trata-se de uma revisão sistemática com o objetivo de avaliar os efeitos do treinamento intervalado de alta intensidade (TIAI) no aumento do consumo de oxigênio de pico (VO2pico) após AVE. A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados eletrônicas MEDLINE por meio do banco de dados BVS, na PubMed, SciELO, Lilacs e no banco de dados da Cochrane Library por meio dos seguintes termos indexados no DeCS e no MeSH em inglês “Acidente Vascular Cerebral”, “Treinamento intervalado de Alta Intensidade” e “Consumo de Oxigênio”. Foram incluídos estudos disponíveis integralmente, sem restrição. Foram excluídos estudos duplicados, incompletos, os que não mediram o VO2pico antes e depois da intervenção ou apresentaram dados parcialmente. Um total de 3.473 estudos foram encontrados, dos quais apenas sete foram incluídos. Todos os estudos obtiveram como resultados o aumento do VO2pico após sessões de TIAI. O aumento do VO2pico dos participantes ocorreu após sessões de treinamento com duração em torno de 30 a 40 minutos, com média de intervalos de 30 segundos. Conclui-se que o TIAI pode ser uma estratégia eficaz na melhora do condicionamento cardiorrespiratório de pessoas que sofreram AVE por meio do aumento do VO2pico.

O presente estudo objetiva analisar as evidências na literatura acerca da percepção e apoio paterno na amamentação; analisar fatores desencadeadores do desmame precoce relacionados à falta da participação paterna ao processo de aleitamento; a participação paterna no aleitamento materno e seus benefícios à mãe e bebê. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, Lilacs, Scielo, Medline e BDENF que incluiu publicações de 2017 a 2021. A amostra final foi constituída por 13 artigos, sendo refinados a partir de uma leitura exaustiva. Conclui-se que a participação ativa do pai no processo de amamentação é de extrema relevância, pois a mulher se torna suscetível à interrupção do aleitamento diante das dificuldades. A literatura pesquisada evidencia que muitos homens têm a percepção de que o seu apoio é fundamental para a continuidade da amamentação, porém o desconhecimento de como ajudar a mulher e participar desse processo é uma barreira que promove sua ausência, além da cultura que afirma que amamentar é um ato exclusivo da mulher. Desta forma, esses homens devem ser incluídos ao pré-natal para que possam ser ensinados a como cuidar da criança e serem incentivadores do aleitamento materno.
