O presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca dos impactos da mastectomia na autoimagem e na vida sexual da mulher. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, onde a busca ocorreu através da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com auxílio das bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Bases de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e MEDLINE. Os artigos foram coletados no período de maio a junho de 2021, sendo utilizados os descritores: Mastectomia, Autoimagem e Mulheres. Após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, restaram 13 estudos. O presente estudo evidencia que as mamas são consideradas um símbolo para a sexualidade feminina, e que diante do diagnóstico de câncer de mama a mulher vivencia sentimentos negativos como desespero, tristeza, chateação, pavor da morte, incertezas, ansiedade, medo dentre outros. Tais sentimentos estão associados ao câncer como uma doença que engloba diversas negatividades e afeta proporcionalmente a expectativa de continuidade da vida da mulher.

Objetivos: Elaborar um plano de Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem ao adolescente com Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (ISTs), propondo diagnósticos, intervenções e os resultados esperados de enfermagem com base na padronização da linguagem científica proposta pela taxonomia NNN: NANDA, NIC e NOC. Métodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão crítica da literatura, onde as bases de dados utilizadas foram Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Literatura Internacional da área Médica e Biomédica (MEDLINE) em meio eletrônico pela Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS), e bibliotecas, após a busca dos descritores, encontrados nos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DECs): Adolescente; Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis; Assistência de Enfermagem; Processo de Enfermagem. Foram selecionados 12 artigos e mais 02 trabalhos provenientes de periódicos de revista de extrema relevância, resultando em 14 materiais usados para subsidiar a revisão da literatura. Resultados: Os resultados foram apresentados de acordo com o Processo de Enfermagem (PE), em cinco etapas inter-relacionadas: coleta de dados, diagnóstico de enfermagem, planejamento, implementação e avaliação de enfermagem, sendo relacionando com as Necessidades Humanas Básicas (NHB). Tendo como diagnósticos mais utilizados: padrão de sexualidade ineficaz, risco de Infecção, enfrentamento decisivo, ansiedade, risco de sentimento de impotência, baixa autoestima situacional, disposição para bem-estar espiritual aumentado. As Necessidades Humanas Básicas (NHB) mais afetadas foram, Psicobiologias: Nutrição, Eliminação, Sono e Repouso, Exercícios e Atividades físicas, Sexualidade, Cuidado Corporal Terapêutica. Psicossocias: Enfrentamento/Tolerância, Autopercepção, Conforto, Autoestima. Psicoespiritual: Religiosidade. Discussão: O Profissional de enfermagem responsável pela equipe e pelo cuidado com o paciente, é imprescindível que tenha conhecimento sobre o modelo de saúde que será executado, bem como habilidades e competências necessárias às suas aplicações. Conclusão: Portanto, com a aplicação da sistematização da assistência de enfermagem (SAE), o enfermeiro pode ter ação significativa para a continuidade da assistência, e promover também a prática de prevenção de agravos.
