El presente artículo tiene como finalidad mostrar algunas correlaciones entreestudios recientes en Neurociencias Moleculares en Psicología y fenómenosclínicos descritos por los Psicoanalistas, así como el inconsciente; asimismo, secomentan algunas investigaciones correspondientes respecto a las redes neuronalesconvergentes y divergentes, sus conexiones, el rol de las impresiones/asociativas en la cadena del dato y sus bases de conducción, rutas, circuitosy archivos mnémicos, describiendo como la percepción inconsciente se fija endiversas regiones. Así mismo se toma en cuenta las huellas significativas afectivasen los periodos críticos del desarrollo psicológico antes y después de la edadresponsable, las influencias de las instituciones, el rol de la educación y el librealbedrío sensorial-perceptivo.
Con una versión de la Escala de Creencia en la Benevolencia Humana, de Thomton y Kline (1982), 60 internos del Establecimiento Penitenciario "San Jorge" de Lima son evaluados para establecer si la creencia en la Benevolencia Humana varía en función del tipo de delito cometido, la condición jurídica, el tiempo de internamiento acumulado, la edad y el grado de instrucción. Los análisis estadísticos con la t de student y la r de Pearson muestran que, los internos que todavía no han sido sentenciados, los que tienen menor tiempo acumulado de internamiento, los de mayor edad y nivel de instrucción son los que evidencian mayor desconfianza en la benevolencia humana. Los autores presentan polémicas interpretaciones y conclusiones.
