O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a adequação dos cardápios oferecidos a crianças na faixa de 1 a 2 anos de uma escola privada. Trata-se de um estudo de caso quantitativo, observacional e descritivo, desenvolvido na Unidade de Alimentação e Nutrição de uma escola privada do município de Fortaleza, Ceará, no período de maio a agosto de 2016. Realizou-se análises qualitativa e quantitativa dos cardápios, segundo o Guia Alimentar para Crianças Menores de 2 anos e estudo do porcionamento. Na análise qualitativa, percebe-se que os grupos de frutas, óleos e gorduras e açúcares e doces estavam adequados, já os grupos de pães e cereais, verduras e legumes, carnes e ovos, feijões e leite, queijos e iogurtes estavam inadequados. Na avaliação quantitativa, verificou-se que apenas o grupo de óleos e gorduras estava adequado. Com relação à atividade de porcionamento, verificou-se que não existe uma padronização. Conclui-se então que os cardápios avaliados não estavam de acordo com as recomendações do Guia Alimentar para Crianças Menores de 2 ano.
The present work had as objective to verify the adhesion of the Program of Feeding of the Worker in the companies before and after the Interministerial Ordinance of n° 66 of August 25, 2006, in relation to the alterations in the nutritional value of the menus, fulfillment of this and its impact in the worker's health. It is an integrative literature review, of exploratory character, with qualitative approach, carried through in the months of January to October of 2019. The findings of the present study showed that the companies registered in PAT do not follow the nutritional parameters determined before and after the inter-ministerial ordinance of No. 66 of August 25, 2006, because the evaluated works highlighted there is incidence of overweight and obesity among the workers who are benefited by the program.
