Neste texto, focalizamos nosso processo de elaboração da prática de ensino a partir do lugar em que atuamos: na condição de formadoras de professores das séries iniciais do ensino fundamental. Explicitamos o modo pelo qual temos exercitado a prática de ensino no cotidiano da docência como um projeto pedagógico de formação e seu processo de construção como objeto de investigação. Assumindo a perspectiva de compreensão das práticas culturais cotidianas e a perspectiva da corrente sócio-histórica, problematizamos as opções que temos feito, junto aos nossos alunos - professores em formação, no encaminhamento do trabalho de inserção no cotidiano da escola básica. Tendo como referência a assunção de que cada escola está em um permanente movimento social de construção, temos atuado levando em conta alguns princípios que têm norteado as várias maneiras de nossos alunos inserirem-se nas dinâmicas escolares.

Tomando como base a geração de dados proporcionada pela pesquisa "Formação do professor: processos de retextualização e práticas de letramento", focalizo o processo de apropriação da prática de leitura vivenciado pelos professores em formação inicial. Nas narrativas de memórias sobre suas experiências pessoais da infância, da juventude e da contemporaneidade do curso de Pedagogia, identificamos indícios de como esses sujeitos se inseriram nas práticas de letramento das quais se apropriaram ao longo de seus percursos. Nesse processo de inserção no mundo da escrita, conforme narrado pelos professores, emergem diversos mediadores de suas práticas leitoras. Tendo como referência teórico-metodológica do trabalho de campo a História Oral, os princípios da etnografia e assumindo a abordagem dos Estudos do Letramento e da História Cultural, procuro identificar esses diferentes mediadores e discutir seu papel no percurso de formação do profissional do ensino. Considerando, portanto, a memória de leituras narradas e o que elas nos trazem de conhecimento acerca dos variados personagens que co-protagonizaram suas histórias, busco apontar possibilidades de trabalho com relação à formação de professores.
Inseridas na formação inicial de professores temos como objetivo problematizar algumas experiências vividas nas disciplinas do eixo teórico-prático do currículo, com vistas a fornecer subsídios para o adensamento teórico sobre as relações possíveis entre leitura de literatura e formação profissional docente. Amparadas nos aspectos trans/inter/multi, da Linguística Aplicada, retomamos produções acadêmicas das/dos estudantes no cotidiano universitário de formação. Entendemos que o processo de formação se constitui na intersubjetividade, mediado pela linguagem. Apoiadas na perspectiva do Círculo de Bakhtin, que destaca a centralidade da linguagem e do outro na constituição de nossa subjetividade, buscamos angariar pistas, indícios, tal como guia o paradigma indiciário, nos enunciados produzidos no contexto do processo de reflexão das/dos discentes que envolve a experiência inicial da docência. Nossas práticas pedagógicas se orientam pelos sentidos ético e estético da formação, uma vez que ambos se constituem na dimensão de compreensão pela vivência, mais do que pela explicação, produzindo saberes em si e no outro; e em nós, professoras e pesquisadoras, a indagação sobre o que podemos aprender, como formadoras de professores, com as produções das/dos estudantes em formação. As abordagens assumidas durante o processo de ensino mediado pela prática da leitura de literatura e com as artes em geral, alimentam o olhar estético, ético e polêmico, o que tem nos mostrado caminhos na construção de autorias no dizer-se/narrar-se professora/professor.
