Objective: To verify the effectiveness of the educational intervention through the evaluation of nurses’ knowledge about prevention of pressure injury. Method: A quasi-experimental study with a single group, carried out with 95 nurses from a teaching hospital in the interior of Minas Gerais, in August and September 2017. As a teaching strategy, the active methodology and hybrid teaching were used, based on the reference of the Method of the Arch of Charles Maguerez. Data were collected from a validated instrument, called the Pieper Knowledge Test, and analyzed by descriptive statistics and Student’s t-test with significance level of p <0.001. Results: The mean number of correct answers obtained by the nurses was 78.8% in the pre-test and 88.8% in the post-test, and the difference was statistically significant (p <0.001). Conclusion: The educational intervention developed was effective, since it contributed to the improvement of nurses’ knowledge.
Este trabalho tem como objetivo relatar a experiência de enfermeiras residentes durante o atendimento a pacientes com lesões crônicas no ambulatório de um hospital de ensino no interior de Minas de Gerais. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, desenvolvido a partir das vivências adquiridas durante a assistência prestada à trinta e quatro pacientes portadores de feridas crônicas, no período de março de 2017 a fevereiro de 2018. A faixa etária variou entre 22 a 81 anos, com uma média de idade de 58,6 anos. Houve prevalência do sexo masculino, sendo atendidos 22 homens (64,7%) e 12 mulheres (35,3%). Prevaleceram, nos atendimentos, lesões crônicas decorrentes do diabetes mellitus, seguida por úlcera venosa. Nota-se a importância do papel do enfermeiro na avaliação das lesões, na definição de condutas e sensibilização por meio de educação em saúde, com o intuito de promover melhora na qualidade de vida e corresponsabilização do cuidado. A experiência foi um importante dispositivo de ensino aprendizagem e ao mesmo tempo de contribuição aos pacientes envolvidos.
O trabalho teve como objetivo discorrer sobre a atuação multiprofissional nas salas de espera com usuários do HiperDia. Trata-se de um relato de experiência, a partir de um projeto de extensão, realizado no período de abril a julho de 2018, em um centro de saúde escola no interior de Minas Gerais, desenvolvido por uma equipe de residentes multiprofissionais. Os temas foram trabalhados de forma lúdica e eleitos pelos usuários e profissionais da instituição de saúde. As salas de espera foram avaliadas pelos participantes ao final de cada ação. Trabalhou-se com os temas: Diabetes Mellitus, Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica e Hanseníase. No total, foram realizadas 40 atividades de salas de espera, com 461 participantes. A educação em saúde possibilitou o esclarecimento de dúvidas para tomada de decisões conscientes, criação de vínculo e redução do tempo ocioso enquanto os usuários aguardavam atendimento.
Objetivou-se descrever o empreendimento da abordagem familiar, por meio de um trabalho interprofissional, em um centro de saúde escola na Atenção Básica à Saúde/Estratégia Saúde da Família. Trata-se de um estudo de caso descritivo sobre a abordagem familiar, utilizando-se como referencial teórico-metodológico o Modelo Calgary de Avaliação Familiar. Foram realizadas visitas domiciliares para engajamento, avaliação e intervenção, tendo em vista a abordagem a estrutura, desenvolvimento e funcionalidade da família. Foram empregados os instrumentos: Genograma e Ecomapa, Estágio de Ciclo de Vida Familiar e Apgar. Identificados como problemas crenças disfuncionais relacionadas ao cuidado da saúde; comunicação disfuncional entre os membros; ausência de referência de autoridade para os adolescentes; conflito importante entre os progenitores. O plano de intervenções foi composto por validação das demandas pelos membros da família; orientações técnicas sobre prevenção, promoção e recuperação da saúde e sobre comunicação assertiva. Como a reflexão sobre os papéis exercidos no intuito de trabalhar a responsabilização dos progenitores. Acredita-se que a abordagem familiar executada por equipe multiprofissional se constitui como estratégia alternativa capaz de auxiliar na reversão do modelo hegemônico de saúde, fortalecendo a integralidade do cuidado na Atenção Básica preconizada pelo Sistema Único de Saúde.
