O presente artigo demonstra que o fenômeno das fakenews ultrapassar o campo das mídias reitera a urgência de superar a pandemia presente na teoria social e filosofias hegemônicas gerada pela convergência entre o persistir no dualismo e o relativismo pós-moderno, o que engendrou uma fakemind globalizada, ou seja, a perda radical da capacidade de julgar entre verdade e mentira e, assim, o retorno da peste emocional como identificada por Wilhelm Reich. A superação de tal pandemia no território mental implica superar tanto a filosofia do sujeito, que substituiu de maneira hegemônica a questão ontológica metafísica clássica sobre o que é real pela questão epistemológica sobre o que é possível conhecer, quanto a filosofia pós-moderna e sua eliminação da verdade, do sujeito e da identidade e, assim, tratar de maneira não-dualista a questão do que é a realidade. O artigo, com base na Teoria Psicopolítica, avança a demonstração de como a condição comunicacional do ser humano, profundamente articulada com o “cerne biológico profundo do indivíduo” identificado por Reich, permite uma noção empírica, e portanto não-metafísica, da verdade como correspondência entre a qualidade emancipatória dos estados mentais que o ser humano, em sua fetalização, necessita para instaurar-se como propriamente humano e os estados mentais que os humanos utilizam como fonte de referência para a sua capacidade de julgar ao longo de suas vidas.
