Este artigo tematiza a potencialidade política da escrita, buscando compreendê-la em suas conexões com os processos de subjetivação e singularização. Para tanto, analisa a relação estabelecida com a escrita pela garota Nieve, protagonista do romance Todos se van (2006, 2011) e do filme homônimo (2015) nele inspirado. Nieve é o alter ego da escritora cubana Wendy Guerra, que produziu suas primeiras poesias ainda na infância, sendo Todos se van derivado da compilação de seus diários. O aporte teórico do artigo inclui formulações de Foucault (1979, 2009, 2014), Guattari (1996, 1997, 2012, 2021) e Deleuze (1997, 1998, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013), principalmente. A abordagem metodológica privilegia o estudo das obras como documentos históricos que guardam relação com seus contextos de produção e recepção. A análise constata que a relação de Nieve/Wendy com a escrita contribuiu para forjar sua subjetividade, estando associada a processos de singularização que remetem ao devir-criança e ao devir-escritora, principalmente. Conclui-se que as obras analisadas - assim como outras produções literárias e cinematográficas latino-americanas gestadas em contextos marcados por alguma forma de autoritarismo político, intolerância ao dissenso e/ou perda de direitos - expressa a potencialidade política da arte, ao contribuir para a visibilização das formas de opressão que atingem as pessoas às quais é dificultada/negada a possibilidade de participar nas decisões políticas e, consequentemente, exercer plenamente sua cidadania.
Este artigo discute, a partir de contribuições provindas do pensamento de Michel Foucault, como a infância e a sexualidade infantil têm sido fabricadas na modernidade. Tendo em vista esse objetivo, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica em obras de referência selecionadas para análise, o que possibilitou a construção de uma discussão teórico-conceitual sobre o tema. Tal estudo permitiu constatar que a criança e sua sexualidade são produzidas como objetos da ciência moderna, em especial dos discursos médico, psicológico e pedagógico, que se propõem a normatizar ações para conduzir as condutas infantis. Nesse contexto, o corpo da criança é capturado pelos saberes emergentes, na tentativa de torná-lo produtivo e docilizado. Para isso, as instituições familiares e escolares realizam um papel primordial como porta vozes de tais saberes, assumindo um papel de vigilantes e produtores da infância moderna.
Este artigo analisa o conto Pele de asno, de Charles Perrault,buscando compreender a infância e a sexualidade configuradas no contexto histórico de compilação dessa produção. O estudo permitiu constatar que, naquele contexto, ainda que houvesse um questionamento ereprovação crescentes das atividades sexuais entre crianças e adultosou de práticas como o incesto, estas não eram incomuns e continuaramsendo retratadas nos contos para as crianças. Cabe notar que a percepção até então construída sobre a infância não tinha como cerne apreocupação com cuidados baseados em preceitos morais, educativos eprotetivos como os valorizados na atualidade.
