Este artigo teve como objetivo revisar por meio da literatura os desafios e as transformações impostas pela pandemia da COVID-19 à educação, as principais contribuições da formação docente para inovação nos processos de ensino e de aprendizagem com a utilização das TDIC e as possíveis consequências à saúde do aumento do tempo de tela e elevado comportamento sedentário. Os resultados mostram que diante dos desafios da educação em virtude da pandemia, o domínio e o entendimento dos conhecimentos sobre as TDIC utilizadas no ambiente escolar, são essenciais para os docentes, o que implica na necessidade de cursos de formação de professores que subsidiem a integração dessas tecnologias nos currículos e práticas pedagógicas. Destaca-se ainda que o elevado tempo de exposição à “tela” pode prejudicar a saúde, e assim, faz-se necessária uma orientação aos professores e alunos, no sentido preventivo de danos à saúde mental.
Objetivo: Desenvolver um suplemento alimentar hipercalórico e hiperproteico e verificar a sua aceitabilidade junto aos pacientes oncológicos de um hospital escola. Métodos: Foram escolhidos aleatoriamente 60 pacientes internados nas enfermarias de um hospital na cidade de Pouso Alegre/MG. Os pacientes receberam um complemento alimentar hipercalórico e hiperproteico, acrescido de triglicerídeos de cadeia média e após o consumo foi aplicado um questionário para avaliar a sua aceitação. Resultados: Observou-se aceitação do suplemento para ambos os sexos, entretanto mulheres de 18 a 70 anos atribuíram uma nota média de 6 pontos, indicando que comeriam muito frequentemente o suplemento. Os pacientes do sexo masculino com idade entre 35 e 45 anos tiveram uma melhor aderência ao suplemento e comeriam sempre, com nota média de 8 pontos. Conclusão: Os resultados sugerem que homens e mulheres aceitaram e avaliaram positivamente o produto e o quesito mais bem avaliado foi o sabor.Palavras-chave: suplementos nutricionais, desnutrição proteico-calórica, terapia nutricional.
Introdução: A avaliação nutricional tem por objetivo verificar e acompanhar o crescimento e desenvolvimento corporal, seja individual ou de determinado grupo, estabelecendo uma intervenção quando necessário, sendo um bom indicador da qualidade de vida. Para realizar a avaliação nutricional, é necessário que o profissional utilize vários parâmetros para obtenção de um resultado mais preciso e fidedigno. Objetivo: Comparar os diversos resultados das avaliações corporais obtidos através das avaliações com adipômetro, bioimpedância tetrapolar, bioimpedância perna-perna e monitor de gordura corporal. Métodos: A amostra foi composta por 78 acadêmicos da Universidade do Vale do Sapucaí – Univas, no município de Pouso Alegre/MG, sendo 37 do gênero masculino e 41 do gênero feminino. Os métodos comparados no estudo foram: Bioimpedância tetrapolar, avaliação de dobras cutâneas aferidas com adipômetro Langer®, monitor de gordura corporal Omron HBF-306INT® e balança digital da marca Oxer, Body – 923®. Resultados: Todos os métodos de avaliação corporal analisados mostraram-se com uma correlação alta quando comparados com o padrão ouro avaliado bioimpedância tetrapolar, (p ≤ 0,05). Conclusão: Métodos como avaliação de dobras cutâneas aferidas com adipômetro, monitor de gordura corporal Omron, e balança digital da marca Oxer, Body – 923® mostraram-se eficientes para avaliação da composição corporal, sendo estes, métodos rápidos, baratos e não invasivos para serem utilizados nas avaliações corporais.Palavras-chave: avaliação nutricional, composição corporal, peso corporal, tecido adiposo.
