Esse estudo teve como propósito verificar as interfaces entre a proatividade e a inovação. Por meio de uma revisão integrativa, procurou-se analisar a produção científica em periódicos nacionais sobre os dois fenômenos, entre os anos de 2006 e 2017, nos estratos de concentração do sistema Qualis/Capes A1, A2, B1 e B2 das áreas de conhecimento da Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Turismo e Psicologia. Após a identificação dos artigos, foram selecionados 100 documentos para o debate acerca dos relacionamentos entre os conceitos. Os resultados do estudo apontaram intersecções com o futuro, mudanças ambientais, competitividade e lideranças. No que tange às divergências, constatou-se que o comportamento proativo, ao contrário da inovação, pode ser considerado uma característica ou um traço de personalidade.
Este artigo tem como objetivo realizar um estudo sobre as principais abordagens epistemológicas, identificadas em artigos sobre o tema da estratégia organizacional. O referencial teórico que guiou esta investigação é baseado na clássica definição proposta por Burrell e Morgan (1979) a respeito dos quatro paradigmas de pesquisa em ciências sociais. Foram investigados artigos da área de Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo, publicados em periódicos nacionais entre os anos de 2001 a 2012, nos estratos B1 e B2 do sistema Qualis/Capes. Visando a atender este objetivo, foi realizado um estudo bibliométrico para mapear as publicações selecionadas. Como resultado deste estudo, constatou-se a predominância do paradigma funcionalista, assim como uma reduzida presença de artigos que explicitam as suas escolhas teórico-metodológicas, como fundamento para seus estudos empíricos.
A Proatividade e os componentes do Capital Psicológico (PsyCap), são conceitos emergentes, definidos como capacidades psicológicas positivas, que impactam a competitividade o desempenho, e contribuem para a construção de organizações mais saudáveis. Diante do grande interesse sobre o assunto, este estudo teve por finalidade revisar a literatura em busca de possíveis relações entre a Proatividade e o PsyCap, apontar associações, diferenças e efeitos negativos decorrentes de níveis elevados de PsyCap e de Proatividade nos indivíduos. Esta revisão compreendeu um período de 20 anos, o que demandou a análise de 208 artigos e seleção de 26 documentos para o estudo. Os resultados apontaram relações entre a Proatividade e os componentes do PsyCap (Autoeficácia, Esperança, Resiliência e Otimismo), uma vez que ambos estão alinhados à positividade, ao desempenho, à persistência e às incertezas ambientais. Também se relacionaram indiretamente por meio de outros construtos como feedback, engajamento, adaptabilidade, felicidade e lideranças. Além das congruências, foram observadas diferenças importantes entre os conceitos. As orientações proativas são revestidas de estratégias, autorregulação, e envolvem o papel ativo do ser humano com intencionalidade, enquanto os componentes do Capital Psicológico aparecem mais associados aos aspectos circunstanciais. Alguns pontos negativos também foram observados, cita-se conflitos entre pessoas consideradas proativas e violência associada a níveis elevados de autoeficácia.
