Abstrak: Tuntutan utama peradaban teknologi pada era global adalah kiat menyinergikan berbagai informasi dijadikan proposisi sebagai kerangka pikir dalam pemecahan masalah. Karakteristik dialektika teknologi era ini menuntut adanya pergeseran pola berpikir, kiat pemenuhan kebutuhan, ranah dan tingkat kompetisi, serta budaya untuk survival. Suatu bangsa yang menguasai pemanfaatan dan pengembangan teknologi berpotensi “menguasai dunia”. Dewasa ini terjadi pergeseran ranah persaingan pada keunggulan kualitas dan aksessibilitas suatu produk yang mengarah pada kecepatan, fleksibilitas, dan kepercayaan yang didukung kemampuan learning how to learn dan networking. Keadaan ini membutuhkan sumber daya manusia berkepribadian arif dan hikmat, mengedepankan excellent competence, godly character, sustainable self-learning, dan spiritual dis-cernment sebagai kunci keberhasilan dalam pemanfaatan, pengembangan dan pelestarian kekayaan geografis, demografis, sosial- budaya. Karakteristik sosok manusia ini berpotensi mampu mengembangkan kemampuan emulatif, yaitu human-ware, info-ware, organo-ware, dan techno-ware untuk menghasilkan produk teknologi yang ”high quality, low-cost, low-risk, high comptitieve” di era global. A nation possessing the capacity to make use and develop technology has the potential of “ruling the world.” Nowadays, there is a shift in competition domain in the excellence of product quality and accessability leading to speed, flexibility and trust supported by the ability of learning how to learn dan networking. This condition requires human resources having the characteristics of being wise, prioritizing excellent competence, godly character, sustainable self-learning, and spiritual dis-cernment as the key of success in making use, developing, and sustaining the geographical, demographic, and socio-cultural richness. Currently, the world of education is entering a disruptive era. Digital-based educational technology. Especially in the distance education model. The technology used is relatively unsophisticated. This study aims to: (1) develop Disruptive Innovation learning media with Augmented Reality with the concept of 3D objects in the form of a Drill Machine; (2) testing the attractiveness of Disruptive Innovation Learning media with Augmented Reality with a 3D Object Concept in the form of a Drill Machine; and (3) testing the effectiveness level of the product being developed. The method used is research and development (R&D), followed by quasi-experimentation to test its effectiveness. Validation consists of two teams of experts, namely e-learning media experts and vocational education material experts. The findings in this study include augmented reality technology based on 3D objects in the form of a drill machine that was developed has a high level of attractiveness and completeness of vocational material. The object-based 3D augmented reality technology in the form of a drill machine that was developed was proven to be able to improve the understanding skills of vocational students in the education era 4.0.

Pengembangan model profesionalitas guru kejuruan harus sejalan dengan peran dan kompetensi guru kejuruan saat ini dan yang akan datang, karena peran dan kompetensi guru kejuruan yang akan datang memiliki peran dengan tantangan yang sangat kompleks, sehingga guru kejuruan harus siap menghadapi tuntutan dan tantangan tersebut untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Upaya peningkatan kinerja, kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru kejuruan serta kualitas lulusan merupakan tantangan bagi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) untuk memenuhi dan mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan permintaan pasar kerja. Oleh karena itu, pengetahuan, keahlian, keterampilan, kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru kejuruan menjadi sangat penting dalam turut andil melahirkan lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berkualitas. Strategi yang ditawarkan untuk Guru kejuruan dalam menjalani profesionalitasnya hendaknya menerapkan 4 ON dalam tugas yang diembannya. 4 ON ini adalah Visi-ON, Acti-ON, Passi-ON, Collaborati-ON. Program pengembangan profesional guru kejuruan diharapkan dapat diterapkan di seluruh sekolah dengan diujicobakan pada guru SMK. program pengembangan ini bisa dipetakan guru yang layak disebut profesional sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimilikinya.

The research aimed at developing the integrated learning model that able to improve the educational students to do research. The developed integrated learning was shared model based gallery project (ILS based GP). The development results were tested through experiment in class with 369 students samples taken by assignment random sampling, continued with prospective and retrospective tracer study with 339 participants taken by cluster purposive sampling. Experimental data were collected by test and non test, while tracer study data were collected by document analysis, questionnaire, and indepth interview, and analyzed with percentage formula. The results showed the ILS based GP was effectivein improving:(1)knowledge about research; (2) appealing toward research methodology learning; and (3) research skill of educational students.

Abstract-This study aims to: (1) the development of a prototype model of student skills assessment instruments on the web programming practicum; (2) a prototype feasibility assessment assessment instrument in the skills skill of S MK students on a web programming practice; and (3). techniques on web programming techniques. This research is a research and development of Research and Development (R & D) method that adapted 4-D development research model. The subje cts of the product trial were teachers and students of class X S MKN 6 Malang, S MKN 11 Malang, and S MKN 3 Malang which required 90 students for trials and 10 students for a limited trial. The product eligibility was validated by 2 evaluation experts and 1 practitioner. S kills tests are performed by comparing posttest scores between groups using technical assessment tools with groups not using technical skills assessment instruments. Data comparison with an interview and questionnaire Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative. The results of the research indicate that: (1) has produced a technical skill assessment instrument developed manually and supplemented by instructions for use, scoring guidelines, student worksheets, basic, practical work), and assessment questions and rubrics. (2) the resulting product is feasible to be used for practical learning process based on expert validation, limited testing, and field trials, while for product feasibility the average validation is 95,14% and cronbach alpha value 0,75; and (3) an effective web programming skill assessment tool improves student competence.
