O diabetes mellitus gestacional (DMG) é uma das complicações mais frequentes da gravidez e o exercício físico é uma proposta para prevenção. O objetivo desta revisão sistemática consiste em sintetizar os estudos randomizados controlados de programas de exercícios físicos, durante a gravidez para e apresentar seus efeitos acerca da prevenção da DMG e seus benefícios. Esta revisão teve como fonte de pesquisa os bancos de dados bibliográficos da Cochrane Library Plus, Wholis, Scielo, PubMed e Web of Science. A estratégia de busca aplicada foi à pesquisa por termos como “gravidez ou gestação”, “exercício físico ou atividade física na gestação”, “diabetes gestacional ou resistência à insulina” e “ganho de peso materno ou ganho de peso gestacional”. Foram recuperadas 665 referências, dos quais 10 deles atendiam aos critérios de inclusão e foram usadas para análise. O estudo verificou que o exercício físico durante a gravidez impede o ganho excessivo de peso materno reduzindo o risco de DMG, sem apresentar risco para o bem-estar materno e fetal. Os benefícios dos programas são maiores quando a intervenção inclui exercícios combinados. Dessa forma mulheres sem contraindicações obstétricas devem ser encorajadas a realizar exercícios físicos com o devido acompanhamento e orientações.
Nos últimos anos a impressão 3D teve uma expansão em relação aos seus usos nas especialidades cirúrgicas. Desta forma, o objetivo desta revisão sistemática da literatura foi verificar os estudos voltados para a impressão 3D e analisar as principais aplicações cirúrgicas. Revisão realizada de acordo com as recomendações da PRISMA Statement 2020. Uma busca em diferentes bancos de dados foi realizada e selecionou 16 estudos que utilizaram a impressão 3D em cirurgia. Os usos foram divididos em: Modelos anatômicos, subdivididos em planejamento cirúrgico, educação médica, educação em saúde; Implantes, próteses, talas e fixadores externos; (Instrumentação cirúrgica e guias. A fabricação de modelos anatômicos é o uso mais comum da impressão 3D em cirurgia, 15 de 16 das publicações relatam este uso, em comparação com 3 publicação sobre implantes, próteses, talas e fixadores externos e 1 publicação sobre instrumentos cirúrgicos e guias, alguns estudos abordaram mais de um uso da impressão 3D no mesmo estudo. Demonstrando que a impressão 3D possui precisão, melhoram a compreensão e o conhecimento sobre a anatomia e doenças demonstrando valor no planejamento préoperatório, auxilia comunicação médico-paciente e na educação médica, além de poder construir estruturas a partir do zero, e construir implantes e instrumentação cirúrgicas. A impressão 3D apresenta um escopo ilimitado para inovação com um valor inegável como recurso e garante um lugar na vanguarda de avanços futuros na cirurgia.
<p class="western" align="justify"> </p><p>A pandemia causada pelo coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2), associada à escassez dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individuais (EPIs), apresenta-se como uma ameaça à saúde global. O objetivo do estudo foi identificar a produção de EPIs impressos em 3D nas Instituições de Ensino Federais para o enfrentamento da COVID-19. A fonte de pesquisa foi o banco de dados do Portal do Ministério da Educação de Monitoramento nas Instituições de Ensino. Até o momento, 89 instituições estavam produzindo três modelos diferentes de EPIs em 3D. Os modelos encontrados foram os Protetores Faciais tipo <em>“Face Shield”</em>,<em> </em>as máscaras similares ao modelo N-95 e a máscara com uma cúpula em formato semicilíndrico. As Instituições de Ensino Federais estão colocando a tecnologia e a ciência à disposição da sociedade brasileira no combate à COVID-19, buscando responder à crise global com a impressão 3D, de forma segura, com inovação, baixo custo e com rápida produção.</p><p class="western" align="justify"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></p>
A principal fonte de estudo da citogenética é o cromossomo, cujo é uma estrutura celular composta por material genético e proteínas. Os cromossomos podem ser divididos em holocêntricos que são cromossomos que não apresentam centrômeros localizados ao longo da sua estrutura, diferentemente dos cromossomos monocêntricos, os quais possuem o centrômero localizado, o qual é o tipo de cromossomo mais comum nas espécies em geral. O presente estudo buscou em revisar bibliograficamente estudos acerca dos cromossomos holocêntricos afim de acompanhar a evolução das pesquisas dessa temática. A revisão de literatura foi feita a partir dados bibliográficos em sites de busca como o Google Acadêmico, Scielo, PubMed e Lilacs. Foram achados ao todo 5.024 artigos científicos, onde apenas dez deles foram dispostos numa tabela de acordo com os critérios da metodologia. Ainda que existam bastante estudos acerca dos cromossomos holocêntricos, mais pesquisas são necessárias para esclarecer algumas dúvidas evolutivas, de especiação das espécies e de comparações taxonômicas entre as espécies do mesmo gênero.
