Today’s political discourse can’t be disattached from the usage of social media. There are plenty of political actors using it to campaign their issues and attack their political rival in order to influence public opinion. One of the instruments used by the political actor in using the social media is bot accounts. Bot accounts are an automated online account where all or substantially all of the actions or posts of that account are not the result of a person. The usage of bot accounts are viewed as harmful for democracy by many experts on law and democracy. However, a lot of states have no regulation regarding the usage of bot accounts, including Indonesia. This article is intended to bring legal review on the usage of bot accounts to influence public opinion in Indonesia. Using deliberative democratic theory, this article views that the usage of bot accounts could prevent the objective achievement of democracy based on UUD 1945. The authors recommend the regulation of bot accounts through the revision of UU No. 19 Tahun 2019 about Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik with bringing up various important argumentations regarding the law implementation. Automatic Infusion Fluid Flow Regulator circuit Based on ATMEGA 8535 is a tool that changes the flow of infusion fluid from the first tube to the second tube when the fluid in the first tube has been exhausted. This tool equips with a regulator to control the number of droplets per minute from infusion fluids. The circuit consist of Light Emitting Diode (LED), infrared photodiode sensors, push buttons, two seven segments, two DC motors, and a microcontroller ATMEGA 8535 . The microcontroller processes the number of droplets and displays on seven segments, adjusts the position of the motor that drives the clamp of rubber tube from the infusion tube and detects the level of infusion fluid in the tube to close or open the flow of the fluid. After the tool is assembled and tested, the circuit has been run according to the design. Two seven segments display the number from 10 to 20 drops per minute. Sensor detects the presence or absence of liquid in the tube. DC motor clamps the rubber tube from the infusion tube in accordance with the required droplets and change the flow of rubber tube from the first infusion tube to the second infusion tube if the fluid from the first tube has run out.
Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a disease caused by infection with the dengue virus. DHF is an acute disease using clinical manifestations of bleeding that causes trauma and leads to death. DHF is caused by one of four virus serotypes according to the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae. The diagnosis of DHF cases is supported by laboratory examination of IgG and IgM antibody parameters to determine whether they are positive or negative for DHF. Dengue IgG/IgM immunological examination is one of the crucial parameters in dengue assessment. Antibodies formed in dengue are neutralizing, anti-haemagglutinin, and anti-complement antibodies to classify primary and secondary DHF infections. Cells that play a role in the specific immune system are lymphocytes. B lymphocytes are part of adaptive immunity that can produce antibodies. Normally has an absolute lymphocyte count of 1.0-4.8 x 103/µL. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between lymphocyte count and anti-dengue IgG/IgM. The research method used in this research is Cross Sectional with Consecutive sampling technique. The results of the study based on the Spearman correlation statistic test obtained r = 0.082 and P = 0.667 for the relationship of Absolute Lymphocytes to IgG/IgM Results. The conclusion of this study is that there is a very weak and insignificant relationship between the number of lymphocytes and anti-Dengue IgG/IgM
Flexible and ease of internet access through mobile device in Indonesia has changed the way users interact with commercial websites, especially online ticketing service website. Yet, no study on how the presented website visuals on smartphone display perceived and experienced by users is found. This paper exposes users’ interactive experience on smartphone display, showcasing 3 (three) popular online ticketing service providers in Indonesia, traveloka dot com, pegi-pegi dot com, and tiket dot com. 60 individuals were purposively sampled and each was asked to access all chosen websites using provided smartphone. 2 (two) pages follow-up questionnaire was presented to each respondent: first page is for identifying users’ perception 5 (five) items likert-scale responses and second page is for identifying users’ experiences using Schrepp, Hinderks & Thomaschewski’s UXQ (User Experience Questionnaire). Results show that when interacting with online ticketing service websites on smartphone, sites that look simple and easy to interact with may provide sense of savvyness, comfortability, and security. This indicates that presented website visuals on smartphone display affect users’ experience when using online services. Although further studies are needed, this results offer valuable insights to the discussions of human interactive experience in using online platform.
