A formação do grupo de atividade musical no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS II) por meio do projeto "Incentivo ao empoderamento de coletivos através de práticas artísticas: uma proposta de intervenção a partir do PET-Saúde GraduaSUS no município de Porto Seguro" integrou a relação entre os programas de saúde oferecidos pela Secretaria Municipal de Saúde e a Universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia (UFSB), no intuito de contribuir para o fortalecimento dos coletivos através de uma proposta interdisciplinar que fomentou o diálogo entre a arte e a saúde. Ademais, realizado no CAPS II entre o período de março de 2018 a março de 2019, este estudo sintetiza as conexões sociais que se traduziram através das práticas artísticas, como a música e dança. A utilização da Teoria Ator - Rede, de Bruno Latour, proporcionou a dinamicidade da pesquisa, visto que, por meio dos relatos, havia a descrição das observações dos encontros semanais. Sendo assim, este artigo tem por objetivo relatar as vivências e transformações que este projeto proporcionou aos envolvidos, sendo estes não somente os pacientes, mas também a própria equipe, e, dessa maneira, mostrar o poder que a música possui de proporcionar movimentos positivos na realidade dos indivíduos. Evidencia-se, então, por meio deste trabalho, os benefícios que a musicoterapia, quando realizados pelos profissionais formados na área, pode proporcionar, como uma maior adesão dos usuários ao tratamento e momentos prazerosos.
