Objective: to understand the perspective of children, families and health and education professionals about childhood obesity. Method: a qualitative research study with the participation of 13 children, 12 family members, seven health professionals in primary care and seven education professionals, all linked to the Health at School Program. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, using recreational resources and applying a scale of silhouettes with children, during the period from April 2017 to March 2018. The analysis was based on the assumptions of thematic content analysis. Results: three categories were identified: Multifactoriality of childhood obesity; Body image by the child, by family members and bullying at school; Perspectives and actions associated with childhood obesity. For the study participants, childhood obesity is conditioned by overeating, with a low nutritional value, in addition to insufficient physical activity. They also understand that the actions to combat obesity proved to be incipient or insufficient. For children, obesity implies dissatisfaction with body image and bullying at school. Conclusion: according to the perspective of the participants, there is a need for integrated actions between health and education professionals, including children and family members, to prevent and combat childhood obesity; in addition to governmental actions to strengthen public policies that consider health promotion and prevention of harms to the child population.
Resumo Objetivo identificar o cuidado em saúde à criança de zero a 24 meses na atenção primária em uma região de fronteira. Método estudo qualitativo realizado na Atenção Primária à Saúde, com 14 mães e cinco enfermeiras, com o uso de entrevistas semiestruturadas, de março de 2018 a junho de 2019. A análise temática de conteúdo orientou a análise dos dados. Resultados identificaram-se visitas domiciliares escassas no seguimento da criança cujos problemas comuns da infância condicionam o acesso aos serviços de saúde para a consulta médica, o uso de práticas populares ou a indicação de medicações por farmacêuticos/atendentes de farmácia; o acesso às Unidades de Pronto Atendimento em detrimento das unidades de Atenção Primária por carência de pediatras neste nível de atenção, além de carência de especialistas e morosidade para a realização de exames na rede de saúde. Conclusão a carência de profissionais de saúde, de especialistas na rede e de recursos materiais são obstáculos a serem superados para o cuidado da criança em região de fronteira. O seguimento da criança brasileira residente no Paraguai requer planejamento.
Objetivo: conhecer como a amamentação e alimentação complementar se relacionam à segurança alimentar e nutricional de crianças residentes em uma região de fronteira.Método: pesquisa qualitativa com 12 mães e 12 profissionais de saúde de Foz do Iguaçu, no contexto da Atenção Primária à Saúde. Os dados foram coletados entre abril e outubro de 2019, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada e submetidos à Análise Temática de Conteúdo.Resultados: foram identificadas três categorias: Aleitamento materno e alimentação complementar: direito da criança ao alimento seguro e adequado; Aleitamento materno e alimentação complementar: da orientação ao consumo; Amamentação, alimentação complementar e o contexto da Tríplice Fronteira.Conclusão: o leite materno e a alimentação complementar saudável contemplam a segurança alimentar e nutricional. Cultura, condição financeira, trabalho materno, somados à oferta de alimentos inadequados, comprometem esse processo. Acredita-se que esse estudo possa fomentar ações e políticas públicas voltadas ao direito à alimentação infantil na região.
Objetivo: Compreender a experiencia de mães e profissionais de saúde sobre a amamentação e alimentação complementar de crianças em uma região de fronteira. Método: Pesquisa exploratório-descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, realizada com doze mães e doze profissionais de saúde do município de Foz do Iguaçu no âmbito da Atenção Primária em Saúde. Os dados foram coletados entre os meses de abril a outubro de 2019 por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, audiogravada, transcrita com auxílio de editor de texto e analisada a partir da Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Foram contempladas as seguintes categorias: A prática da amamentação e alimentação complementar na atenção primária à saúde em região de Fronteira; Significados da amamentação e alimentação complementar: expectativas, emoções e dificuldades; Atenção à criança de zero a dois anos e o contexto da fronteira: peculiaridades existentes. Conclusões: O suporte familiar e profissional à mãe, a importância da educação permanente do profissional quanto ao tema e as falhas no fluxo de atendimento à criança estrangeira e brasiguaia somado à frágil continuidade do cuidado desse público são alguns pontos destacados na pesquisa.
Medidas de mitigação do contágio pelo coronavírus ocasionaram redução de atendimentos presenciais na Atenção Primária à Saúde. A telessaúde possibilita a manutenção da continuidade do cuidado nesse contexto. Diante disso, objetivou-se conhecer a perspectiva de usuários e profissionais de saúde acerca da telessaúde em uma região de fronteira, durante a pandemia de 2019. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo-exploratório, realizado com usuários e profissionais de saúde da Atenção Primária de Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná, Brasil, nos meses de agosto a dezembro de 2020. A coleta de dados ocorreu por ligação de voz com o registro por audiogravação cuja análise ocorreu por meio da Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados contemplaram as categorias: Telessaúde: implantação e organização; Telessaúde: pontos positivos; Telessaúde: dificuldades e ações para a sua manutenção; Telessaúde na região de fronteira. Apesar das dificuldades vivenciadas, a telessaúde mostrou-se complementar ao atendimento presencial e tende a ser mantida no contexto do estudo após a pandemia.
