O Projeto Menino Passarinho foi desenvolvido em parceria com a Pró-reitoria de Extensão, Cultura e Assuntos Estudantis (PROEX), da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (UFU), e a ONG Estação Vida. O trabalho foi realizado através da interface entre a Psicologia Clínica, a Comunitária e a Educação. O projeto, que objetivou o cuidado e a atenção direcionados à infância, foi realizado no Bairro Shopping Park, onde as crianças estão sujeitas a várias condições de risco. Foram realizados dezesseis encontros com quatro grupos de, aproximadamente, oito crianças, com idades entre 6 e 9 anos. Nos encontros semanais, foram coordenadas oficinas com temas disparadores. Contamos com a criação de um espaço lúdico em que as crianças tinham oportunidade de brincar e se relacionar em grupo, desenvolvendo o reconhecimento do outro e o respeito pelas diferenças. A técnica principal de intervenção foi o diálogo e a escuta ativa. Concluímos que, a partir do trabalho, as crianças desenvolveram uma identidade grupal que proporcionou suporte emocional, uma maior organização afetiva em relação a elas mesmas e aos outros. Por fim, compreendemos que a Psicologia Clínica Comunitária com crianças é um campo ainda pouco explorado e, em função disso, o caminho construído ao longo da prática proporcionou às crianças a reflexão da realidade, além de suporte para a construção do si mesmas.
