The article presents the integrated approach to managing the development of complex socio-economic systems based on the digital transformation of business through the transition from document-centricity to data-centricity, reengineering of the organizational structure in the direction of its design on the principle of forming cross-teams, whose activities are aimed at creating effective value chains of a digital product for the consumer. The article also provides an analysis of research on the problem of the socio-economic systems development and their evolution. The knowledge modeling toolkit based on model technologies Data Science, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Mining and, in particular, Deep Learning, was used to assess the level of the socio-economic system and manage its potential development.
The paper is devoted to the conditions for the status raising of a modern lecturer through professional branding. The article substantiates the importance of the lecturer’s brand for his successful professional activity. The author examines new opportunities for a lecturer-scientist, that the creation of his own brand open up. The stages of development of the lecturer’s personal brand are determined.
In this article, based on the analysis of modern trends in the digital transformation of the education system, as well as taking into account the need to increase the efficiency of all processes implemented in the higher education system, the necessity of forming a digital model of the university is substantiated. The model implementation is aimed at constantly improving the higher education quality and the university competitiveness. The objective prerequisites for the formation of the complex model based on the socio-economic role of higher education are revealed. It has been proven that the accelerated development of digital technologies stimulates the creation and implementation of innovative education forms that can flexibly respond to changes in the external environment. The necessity of applying the model of lifelong education at the present stage is substantiated, the implementation of which will make it possible to form the competencies required by the labor market timely. An important condition for the digital competencies formation and development is the transition of the university to a digital development model, as well as the establishment of business ties with potential customers of educational services and employers. The implementation of the proposed model will make all business processes transparent, eliminate unproductive processes, which will lead to an increase in the efficiency and quality of educational services.
The need of increasing the effectiveness of students’ professional training determines the search for new mechanisms, models and technologies of educational process organizing at a university based on systemic, competency-based and practice-oriented approaches. The theoretical and methodological foundations of increasing the effectiveness of students’ professional training are substantiated, including key scientific approaches (systemic, competency-based, practice-oriented) and the principles of their realization (professional orientation, competitiveness, interdisciplinarity, social partnership, practice orientation, pedagogical support, regionalization). A model for increasing the effectiveness of students’ professional training using distance educational technologies has been developed and experimentally tested. The pedagogical ways of increasing the effectiveness of future specialists’ professional training in universities using distance educational technologies have been identified. Distance educational technologies are considered as a means of increasing the effectiveness of students’ professional training. Correct use and further development of the abovementioned technologies would improve the overall professional competency of intending specialists in the area of education.
