Cel pracyPandemia Covid-19 drastycznie zmieniła codzienną rzeczywistość i zmusiła całe społeczeństwa do wypracowania nowych metod radzenia sobie ze stresem. Studenci stanowili grupę, której rytm dnia i pracy został drastycznie zmieniony. Przeprowadzona analiza sposobów adaptacji do przewlekłego stresu wraz z oceną ich skuteczności, może pomóc jednostkom i grupom społecznym najbardziej narażonym na stres.MetodaAnaliza metod radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz poziomu agresji została przeprowadzona za pomocą kwestionariuszy Brief COPE i STAXI-2 na grupie 283 uczestników, wyłonionych z grupy 906 osób biorących udział w początkowej fazie badania. Badanie odbyło się pomiędzy drugą i trzecią falą pandemii w Polsce.WynikiW badanej grupie przeważały pozytywne metody radzenia sobie ze stresem, takie jak aktywne działanie, wykorzystanie wsparcia informacyjnego oraz planowanie. Negatywne metody były nieodłącznie związane z wyższym poziomem agresji. Oba te elementy przeważały u kobiet w sposób istotny statystycznie.WnioskiPierwsze sygnały dotyczące patologicznych metod radzenia sobie ze stresem mogą być subtelne i ukryte w potencjalnie zwyczajnych reakcjach na stresujące zdarzenia. Należy być świadomym ich obecności, aby móc zapewniać lepszą pomoc wśród środowisk nie tylko studenckich, a także innych znacząco narażonych na chroniczny stres.
