The present article is intended to study the deposition mechanisms of bioactive hydroxyapatite (HA) particles by means of Cold Gas Spraying (CGS). A comparison of the deposition on two different substrates (Ti6Al4V and Al7075T6) and different particle sizes is presented. Although this is a more specific deposition technique for ductile materials, it is here shown that, in certain conditions, ceramic deposition is possible despite the inherent low ductility. The resulting internal structure and the features at the particle-substrate interface are discussed in view of Transmission Electron Microscopy examinations of a Focused Ion Beam lift-out prepared sample. Mainly, under shock compressive loading, the porous sintered powder proceeds through pore collapse, fragmentation and densification as well as grain refinement. The process is described through different plastic mechanisms in ceramics. This opens a new alternative route to produce nanocrystalline HA coatings through a cost-effective process.

Background Many people attending primary care (PC) have anxiety-depressive symptoms and work-related burnout compounded by a lack of resources to meet their needs. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated this problem, and digital tools have been proposed as a solution. Objective We aimed to present the development, feasibility, and potential effectiveness of Vickybot, a chatbot aimed at screening, monitoring, and reducing anxiety-depressive symptoms and work-related burnout, and detecting suicide risk in patients from PC and health care workers. Methods Healthy controls (HCs) tested Vickybot for reliability. For the simulation study, HCs used Vickybot for 2 weeks to simulate different clinical situations. For feasibility and effectiveness study, people consulting PC or health care workers with mental health problems used Vickybot for 1 month. Self-assessments for anxiety (Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item) and depression (Patient Health Questionnaire-9) symptoms and work-related burnout (based on the Maslach Burnout Inventory) were administered at baseline and every 2 weeks. Feasibility was determined from both subjective and objective user-engagement indicators (UEIs). Potential effectiveness was measured using paired 2-tailed t tests or Wilcoxon signed-rank test for changes in self-assessment scores. Results Overall, 40 HCs tested Vickybot simultaneously, and the data were reliably transmitted and registered. For simulation, 17 HCs (n=13, 76% female; mean age 36.5, SD 9.7 years) received 98.8% of the expected modules. Suicidal alerts were received correctly. For the feasibility and potential effectiveness study, 34 patients (15 from PC and 19 health care workers; 76% [26/34] female; mean age 35.3, SD 10.1 years) completed the first self-assessments, with 100% (34/34) presenting anxiety symptoms, 94% (32/34) depressive symptoms, and 65% (22/34) work-related burnout. In addition, 27% (9/34) of patients completed the second self-assessment after 2 weeks of use. No significant differences were found between the first and second self-assessments for anxiety (t8=1.000; P=.34) or depressive (t8=0.40; P=.70) symptoms. However, work-related burnout scores were moderately reduced (z=−2.07, P=.04, r=0.32). There was a nonsignificant trend toward a greater reduction in anxiety-depressive symptoms and work-related burnout with greater use of the chatbot. Furthermore, 9% (3/34) of patients activated the suicide alert, and the research team promptly intervened with successful outcomes. Vickybot showed high subjective UEI (acceptability, usability, and satisfaction), but low objective UEI (completion, adherence, compliance, and engagement). Vickybot was moderately feasible. Conclusions The chatbot was useful in screening for the presence and severity of anxiety and depressive symptoms, and for detecting suicidal risk. Potential effectiveness was shown to reduce work-related burnout but not anxiety or depressive symptoms. Subjective perceptions of use contrasted with low objective-use metrics. Our results are promising but suggest the need to adapt and enhance the smartphone-based solution to improve engagement. A consensus on how to report UEIs and validate digital solutions, particularly for chatbots, is required.

Desde que, sobre las ruinas del comunismo estalinista, Bataille formuló su famosa "exigencia de comunidad", la pregunta por lo común se ha ido cargando de una potencia crítica insoslayable para la filosofía actual. A la altura ya del siglo XXI nos hallamos inmersos en una profunda perplejidad. Por un lado, el gigantismo institucional y sus inercias parecen asfixiar la capacidad política de actuar conjuntamente y, de modo más concreto, de innovar la vida pública con criterios y cursos de acción verdaderamente plurales, que vayan más allá del simulacro organizado de pluralidad que es la esfera del consumo. Pero, por otro lado, experimentamos también una dispersión de referentes y lenguajes comunes, imprescindibles para la politización. Una atomización que la actual crisis econó-mica y social no ha hecho más que poner de manifiesto, puesto que la cultura individualista forjada durante décadas fue su sustrato.2. Nos hallamos, pues, en un impasse del tiempo histórico. Se trata de una fisura en la que todo un legado de experiencias políticas se encuentra en cuestión. Por un lado, contemplamos la imposibilidad de una propuesta nostálgica de comunidad política orgánica, cuyos intentos de realización histórica a menudo han degenerado en formas totalitarias. Pero también nos enfrentamos con la dificultad para reconstruir una interpretación política operativa sobre lo que significa la vida en común, capaz de sortear esta traumática experiencia histórica. Ante la tentación de caer en nuevos fundamentalismos identitarios o frente al problema de cómo estabilizar las demandas de los movimientos sociales que claman por una forma distinta de organizar la política o bien, finalmente, ante el desafío de cómo rehacer de un modo pluralista las premisas normativas de sociedades cada vez más complejas, nos asaltan preguntas ineludibles, que reverberan a lo largo de los textos 373

Resumen: En este trabajo se realiza un recorrido por la idea de protesta a lo largo de tres dimensiones. En primer lugar, se trata la relación de la protesta con la ley (incluyendo aquí el problema de la desobediencia civil y de la tensión entre legalidad y legitimidad). En segundo lugar, se aborda el papel político de la contestación social en el funcionamiento de las sociedades democráticas. En tercer lugar, se analiza el problema del populismo punitivo y las políticas represivas en el contexto de sociedades fuertemente marcadas por la desigualdad, la pobreza y la conflictividad social.Palabras clave: Protesta, desobediencia, democracia, legalidad, legitimidad.Abstract: In this article, the idea of protest is approached along three dimensions. No es propósito de este trabajo efectuar una revisión de los avatares de la accidentada historia de la recepción crítica de La Lozana andaluza. Sin embargo, es sabido que La Lozana andaluza atraviesa hoy día un nuevo período de revalorización en el campo de los estudios literarios del Renacimiento español y este hecho hay que tenerlo en cuenta en un preciso sentido. Decir que una obra está siendo revalorizada se puede entender de dos maneras. En primer lugar, al modo usual, o sea, relacionando este hecho con los vaivenes del juicio estético y sus instituciones autorizadas, que se encargan de evaluar una noción tan resbaladiza como los méritos de un producto artístico. Pero Equé significa también «revalorizar» una obra literaria? Esto nos lleva a la segunda manera de enfo- car la cuestión.
