Introducción: La formación profesional docente, el desarrollo curricular y la planeación didáctica (PD) son re-levantes en la calidad de los procesos educativos del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. En la Delegación Guanajuato se han implementado diplomados (DPDES) para formar docentes y procurar esa calidad. Objetivo: Identificar la calidad de la PD realizada por los egresados del DPDES, de los años 2009 a 2015, de la Delegación Guanajuato y su relación con el tiempo transcurrido desde su conclusión y antigüedad docente. Método: Estudio transversal analítico. Se validó una rúbrica para evaluar la calidad de la PD (REC-PD). Se incluyeron 24 profesores activos, egresados del DPDES de 2009 a 2015 (tamaño conforme a correlación de 0.6, nivel de confianza 95%, potencia 80% y pérdidas 20%); cada uno entregó una PD para su análisis; muestreo aleatorio estratificado y proporcional. Se calculó concordancia inter e intra observador en los aplicadores de la REC-PD, se empleó estadística descriptiva y prueba de Spearman. Resultados: Confiabilidad de la REC-PD rs=0.9; concordancia inter observador k=0.84; intra observador k=1. La calidad de las PD en la mitad de los casos fue de muy mala a mala. Correlación entre calidad de las PD y tiempo de egreso del DPDES, rs=-0.238 (p=0.263). Correlación entre la calidad de PD y años de experiencia docente, rs= -0.248 (p= 0.242). Conclusión: La REC-PD es válida y confiable. La calidad de las PD es precaria y tiene poca relación negativa con los años de egreso del DPDES y con la antigüedad docente.
Existe evidencia creciente que relaciona la deficiencia de vitamina D y la predisposición a desarrollar diabetes mellitus tipo 2, así como la evolución de ambas enfermedades. Por su parte, la hiperglicemia sostenida ocasiona fenómenos bioquímicos que se manifiestan como enfermedades micro y macrovasculares que se pueden identificar mediante parámetros no invasivos como la medición del índice tobillo-brazo. El presente estudio pretende identificar la asociación de los niveles séricos de vitamina D y el diagnóstico precoz de la enfermedad arterial periférica en pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo 2. Se realizó un estudio observacional, transversal-analítico de correlación. Los seleccionados fueron sometidos a mediciones antropométricas y bioquímicas, y así mismo se calculó el índice tobillo-brazo. Se estudiaron 61 pacientes encontrando 52.5% con deficiencia de vitamina D y 47.5% con rangos normales. Los valores del índice Tobillo-brazo tanto en hombres como en mujeres sin diferencias significativas. Los valores de vitamina D y el tiempo de evolución de la diabetes arrojaron una correlación negativa, no así con la variable colesterol, donde se observó una correlación indirecta significativa. El estudio no identifica asociación alguna entre los niveles séricos de vitamina D y el diagnóstico precoz de la enfermedad arterial periférica en pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus.
